根据联合国UNB文化产业总会的发展需要，按照《联合国UNB文化产业总会章程》规定，经主席团会议讨论通过，决定成立联合国UNB文化产业总会亚洲监察部，主管亚洲全会监察工作，对行政院各部门及其正式会员、行政院及行政院各部门任命的其他人员和各省、自治区、直辖市文艺协会及其领导人员实施监察。
