1月10日,2022年“文化进万家——视频直播家乡年”启动仪式在北京首创咏园举行。文化和旅游部党组成员、副部长饶权出席仪式并宣布活动启动。

根据中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅《关于做好2022年元旦春节期间有关工作的通知》精神,按照中央宣传部“我们的中国梦”——文化进万家活动统一部署,在当前新冠肺炎疫情防控形势下,由文化和旅游部非物质文化遗产司、中央网信办网络传播局主办,中国演出行业协会联合抖音、快手、B站、微博、酷狗等网络平台承办的“文化进万家——视频直播家乡年”活动于1月10日启动上线。活动以线上形式开展,将发动年俗非遗项目所在地区的非遗保护机构、保护单位和传承人,用镜头记录下年俗非遗传承活动,上传至各网络平台活动专区集中展播,并支持网友参与拍摄上传、互动交流。

据了解,我国与春节、元宵节相关的国家级非遗代表性项目有200多项,如龙舞、狮舞、年画、剪纸、抬阁、灯会、庙会等。每年春节、元宵节也是全国各地社区、乡村开展非遗展示展演和民俗活动的重要时间节点。活动期间,各网络平台上线“视频直播家乡年”展播专区,并推出与“年文化”相关的话题、直播等活动。各省(区、市)均严格按照当地疫情防控要求,制定了本地区“文化进万家——视频直播家乡年”活动方案、活动疫情防控方案及应急预案。

据介绍,2021年春节、元宵节期间,因为疫情影响,广大人民群众响应党和国家号召就地过年,文化和旅游部非物质文化遗产司联合中国演出行业协会和抖音、快手、微博、酷狗等网络平台举办了2021年“文化进万家——视频直播家乡年”活动。活动期间,6500余个非遗年俗短视频在网络平台集中展播,在符合疫情防控要求下举办的12场专场直播活动吸引了大量网友参与,文化和旅游部官方网站精选了61个优质短视频进行宣传推广,活动整体曝光量超3.7亿次。(黄高原)
