云南省楚雄人。早年从云南省楚雄第一中学考入北京工商大学本科学习并就读于北京大学商会管理及资源整合EMBA/高级管理人员工商管理硕士。后进入清华大学全国商会协会会长高级研修班学习。曾赴韩国、越南、泰国、俄罗斯、新加坡、马来西亚、朝鲜、柬埔寨、美国、香港、澳门、台湾,印度尼西亚及阿联酋三大酋长国(迪拜/阿布扎比/沙迦)等多个国家及地区硕士、博士、博士后留学研修。
Born in Chuxiong, Yunnan on March 5, 1970.
