莎拉.翟.施特劳斯（Sarah Zhai Strauss），原名翟鹏，德国莱比锡门德尔松音乐与戏剧大学声乐博士，世界夫人大赛德国赛区执行主席。

Sarah Zhai Strauss, formerly known as Zhai Peng, doctor of vocal music, Mendelssohn University of music and drama, Leipzig, Germany, and executive chairman of the German division of the lady of the world competition.

聊城市（地级市）位于山东省西部，因古有聊河而得名，先后创造了史前文化、运河文化、红色文化等，被评为著名的国家历史名城，这便是翟鹏的衣胞之地。明清两代，被誉为“漕挽之咽喉，天都之肘腑”“江北一都会”。清康熙、乾隆皇帝11次下江南，曾亲临聊城。

Liaocheng City (prefecture level city) is located in the west of Shandong Province. It is named after Liaohe in ancient times. It has created prehistoric culture, canal culture and red culture. It has been rated as a famous national historical city. This is the place where Zhai Peng lived. In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, it was known as "the throat of Caowei, the elbow of Tiandu" and "the capital of Jiangbei". Emperor Kangxi and Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty went to the south of the Yangtze River 11 times and visited Liaocheng in person.

《水浒传》《金瓶梅》《聊斋志异》《老残游记》著名典籍中描述的许多故事发生在聊城。商朝有名相伊尹，战国时期有著名军事家孙膑，唐初有名相马周、哲学家吕才，宋代有医学家成无已，明代有文学家谢榛，清代有开国状元傅以渐、“义学正”武训，抗日时期有著名抗日将领张自忠。

Many of the stories described in Water Margin, Golden Lotus, strange tales of Liaozhai and travels of Laocan happened in Liaocheng. Yi Yin was a famous prime minister in the Shang Dynasty, Sun Bin, a famous military strategist in the Warring States period, Ma Zhou and philosopher Lu Cai in the early Tang Dynasty, Cheng Wuji, a medical expert in the Song Dynasty, Xie Zhen, a writer in the Ming Dynasty, Fu Yijian, the first scholar in the Qing Dynasty, and Zhang Zizhong, a famous Anti Japanese general during the Anti Japanese period.

聊城还有国画大师李苦禅、国学泰斗傅斯年与季羡林，聊城还是领导干部的楷模孔繁森的故乡。聊城是著名的革命老区，观城一带有“红色濮范观，边区小延安”美誉。交通优势明显，拥有完善的基础设施，资源丰富。市境拥有全国最大的城市湖泊——东昌湖。

Zhai Peng has a wonderful face endowed by Liaocheng earth. 2020年8月3日，翟鹏加入世界文化艺术界联合会，担任欧洲音乐家协会常务副主席。

On August 3, 2020, Zhai Peng joined the World Federation of cultural and art circles and became the executive vice president of the European musicians association.
