时代领跑者女子乐团演出足迹将会遍布世界各地，收获中外各类殊荣同时，也为国内音乐艺术的长期发展建立行之有效的教育教学体系，录制音像制品，出版作品集。

本团实行松散式的管理模式，不养人，经济与效益挂钩的奖励模式，全体演职员审核确认后，团里负责全套四季服装，并实行半军事化的管理模式，演奏水平定级考核，确认你的出场费用，全团成功合成后！团里负责五险一金的经济保障。

女子乐团国内设排练基地：重庆，广东，海南，上海，北京，内蒙，多家训练排练基地！

演出性质：全部商业化，适合体育馆，大剧场，目前连唱的演员，个性，国内外表演艺术家，已基本确认，现急需乐团的组建与合成！

招生须知：

急需：女子架子鼓，女子钢琴键盘手，吉他，贝司，中提，九把电声小提琴，萨克斯，全部是女生。

身高：163cm以上致170cm，受过专业训练，身材好，气质漂亮。

师生来源：在国家院团选择老师全国海选，选择演奏员，严格把关，要形成中国牡丹峰式的演奏水平！

对合格的演奏员推荐者，团里认可后给予奖金鼓励！

程序，先报名，简历，审核通过后面试，发送各章节的乐谱，自己练习，后定时，定地合成排练！所发生费用均由团里负责，排练费一天一人500元！演出费用，应根据演奏水平，另行认定！
