第35届中国·哈尔滨之夏音乐会开幕

　　由文化和旅游部、哈尔滨市人民政府主办，文化和旅游部艺术司、哈尔滨市文化广电和旅游局承办的第35届中国·哈尔滨之夏音乐会，9月15日晚在哈尔滨大剧院盛大开幕。黑龙江省委副书记、省长胡昌升，文化和旅游部副部长、国家文物局党组书记、局长李群，黑龙江省委常委、哈尔滨市委书记王兆力，省委常委、省委宣传部部长贾玉梅，哈尔滨市人大常委会主任赵铭，哈尔滨市政协主席秦恩亭等出席开幕式。哈尔滨市委副书记、市长孙喆主持开幕式。

　　李群在致辞中指出，作为国内举办时间最长、届次最多的音乐艺术活动，60年来，哈尔滨之夏音乐会已成为在国内外具有广泛知名度和重要影响力的国家级文化活动，在满足人民文化需求、增强人民精神力量方面发挥了积极的导向和示范作用。王兆力在致辞中指出，哈尔滨积极落实“文化强省”战略，深度挖掘音乐文化资源，持续放大“哈夏”音乐品牌效应，让音乐之城的文化特质更加彰显，影响力和吸引力得到更大提升。

　　开幕演出大型交响合唱《奔腾吧！松花江》由“燃情岁月”“感恩时代”“拥抱世界”三大篇章组成，以磅礴恢宏的气势抒发了“东北振兴”的新时代强音以及向现代化强国进军、向伟大复兴进军的美好愿景。《太阳岛上》《乌苏里船歌》《我爱你塞北的雪》等曾唱响“哈夏”舞台的经典作品联唱，让观众回想起“哈夏”音乐会60年的岁月流转；歌曲《我们走在大路上》、小提琴曲《唱支山歌给党听》、男女声二重唱《不忘初心》、交响乐《灯塔》第四乐章《光明颂》等节目礼赞建党百年，表达了对党、国家和人民的感恩之情；《莫斯科郊外的晚上》《阿里郎》《今夜无人入睡》等外国歌曲、歌剧选段联唱，则凸显了“哈夏”音乐会的国际特色。精彩的演出让观众赞叹不已，全场不时爆发出热烈的掌声。

　　哈尔滨之夏音乐会自1961年创办以来，已走过60年的辉煌历程。本届哈尔滨之夏音乐会以“放歌新时代 嘹亮新征程”为主题，聚焦60载“哈夏”岁月，按照习近平总书记对文艺工作的创造性转化、创新性发展要求，坚持“国家级水准、创新型理念、群众性参与”的办节方针，在做好疫情防控的同时，以“总量控制、注重品质”为原则，积极促进专业演出与群文活动有机结合、文化与旅游时尚产业深度融合。音乐会共设开幕演出、全国性展演活动、“人民的节日，精彩的哈夏”群众文化活动、“辉煌100年”系列演出、“东亚文化之都”城市特色演出与论坛、“魅力夏都”文化展示活动、“风采荟萃、献礼百年”全国音乐学院系列音乐会等七大板块，将一直持续举办至11月下旬。

　　第十四届全国声乐展演和第二届全国优秀音乐剧展演，是本届“哈夏”音乐会的两项主体活动。第十四届全国声乐展演结合文化和旅游部实施的“全国声乐领军人才培养计划”开展，面向全国选拔优秀声乐人才参训和参演，并组织孟玲、阎维文、雷佳、么红、王宏伟、吴碧霞、蔡国庆、郭蓉等业界知名专家、艺术家，以“师带徒”的方式进行专业指导，帮助学员提升歌唱和表演水平。主办单位同时邀请文化和旅游部直属文艺院团相关负责同志观摩现场展演，为优秀声乐艺术人才与国家艺术院团合作交流开辟了一条“快车道”。第二届全国优秀音乐剧展演从各地申报的81部作品中，遴选出《在远方》等9部优秀音乐剧参演。这些作品聚焦庆祝中国共产党成立100周年、全面建成小康社会等主题，题材多元、风格多样。展演期间，主办单位还将开展“一剧一评”，组织业界专家、艺术家与剧目主创团队进行深入交流和研讨，充分发挥文艺评论对艺术创作的引导作用。

      本届“哈夏”音乐会的其他活动也是精彩纷呈。“全国性展演活动”板块还将举办第七届中国交响音乐季——“哈夏”城际展演，邀请天津、武汉、青岛等6个城市的优秀乐团进行演出。“人民的节日，精彩的哈夏”群众文化活动板块坚持“群众性、艺术性、参与性、广泛性”原则，将组织开展一系列主题活动和近千台文艺演出。“辉煌100年”系列演出板块重点推出黑龙江省、哈尔滨市的原创作品如民族音乐会《永远跟党走》、音乐剧《铁人在非洲》、芭蕾舞剧《假如阳光不曾照耀我》、交响音乐会《灯塔》等，同时邀请陕西省广播电视民族乐团的《永远的山丹丹》、长影乐团的《红色印记》等优秀作品参加演出。“东亚文化之都”城市特色演出与论坛板块汇集了全国11个“东亚文化之都”的特色演出团体。“魅力夏都”文化展示活动板块将举办“书香夏都”读书节、中外音乐名家手迹展、庆祝建党100周年冰雪画展、“百年征程歌声激昂”红色经典音乐作品展、60年“哈夏”群众文化图片展和文化旅游创意集市等系列活动。“风采荟萃、献礼百年”全国音乐学院系列音乐会板块将依托哈尔滨音乐学院，整合中央音乐学院、上海音乐学院、天津音乐学院等全国11所高等音乐院校资源，搭建新的交流平台，扩大“哈夏”音乐会在专业音乐学院中的影响力。

The opening performance of the large-scale symphonic chorus "Pentium! Songhua River" consists of three chapters of "passionate years", "Thanksgiving era" and "embracing the world", which expresses the strong voice of the new era of "Northeast Revitalization" and the beautiful vision of marching towards a modern power and great rejuvenation.
