7月23日，以“文化产业高质量发展与国际合作”为主题的第16届中国—东盟文化论坛在广西南宁举办，旨在交流推广中国与东盟各国文化产业发展的实践经验，探讨新时期文化产业高质量发展的趋势及路径。

On July 23, the 16th China ASEAN cultural forum with the theme of "high-quality development and international cooperation of cultural industry" was held in Nanning, Guangxi. It aims to exchange and promote the practical experience of cultural industry development between China and ASEAN countries, and explore the trend and path of high-quality development of cultural industry in the new era.

论坛由文化和旅游部、广西壮族自治区人民政府主办。来自中国及东盟各国文化和旅游部门，中国—东盟中心，东盟各国驻华使领馆，中国、东盟及港澳台地区文化和旅游界的专家学者等约300人通过线上线下相结合的形式参加论坛。

The forum was hosted by the Ministry of culture and tourism and the people's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. About 300 people from the cultural and tourism departments of China and ASEAN countries, China ASEAN center, embassies and consulates of ASEAN countries in China, experts and scholars in the cultural and tourism circles of China, ASEAN, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan participated in the forum through the combination of online and offline.

中国—东盟中心秘书长陈德海介绍，随着人文交流和经贸往来日益频繁，文化产业在中国和东盟国家产业布局中所占比重越来越大。近年来，双方在文创、演艺、动漫、影视、出版等领域的合作不断深化，交流平台日臻完善。

Chen Dehai, Secretary General of the China ASEAN center, introduced that with the increasingly frequent people to people and cultural exchanges and economic and trade exchanges, the proportion of cultural industry in the industrial layout of China and ASEAN countries is increasing. In recent years, the cooperation between the two sides in the fields of cultural innovation, performing arts, animation, film and television, publishing and so on has been deepened, and the exchange platform has been improved day by day.

今年是中国—东盟建立对话关系30周年，也是中国—东盟可持续发展合作年。文化和旅游部国际交流与合作局局长谢金英表示，东盟是高质量共建“一带一路”重点地区，中国愿意同东盟国家分享推动文化产业发展的成功经验，在文化创意、动漫游戏、演出及会展、文化装备制造生产、数字文化产业、文旅融合发展等方面开展全方位合作，为实现中国—东盟文化产业乃至经济共同发展繁荣、打造更高水平的战略伙伴关系做出更大贡献。

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of China ASEAN dialogue relations and the year of China ASEAN sustainable development cooperation. China's ASEAN is one belt, one road and key area of quality building, Xie Jinying, director of the international exchange and Cooperation Bureau of the Ministry of culture and tourism, said China is willing to share the successful experience of promoting the development of cultural industries with ASEAN countries, and conduct all-round cooperation in cultural creativity, animation and games, performances and exhibitions, cultural equipment manufacturing and production, digital cultural industry, and integration of Wen and tourism. Make greater contributions to the common development and prosperity of China ASEAN cultural industry and even economy, and create a higher level of strategic partnership.

作为中国—东盟博览会框架下的高层论坛，中国—东盟文化论坛已成功举办15届。谢金英介绍，文化和旅游部已将中国—东盟文化论坛列为“十四五”期间“一带一路”文化交流重要平台和“一带一路”民心相通重要工程。

As a high-level forum under the framework of China ASEAN Expo, China ASEAN Cultural Forum has been successfully held for 15 sessions.
