陈语安于1992年8月12日出生于台湾省台北市，在家中排行老幺，家族成员包括爸爸、妈妈和一个哥哥。虽然外表娇小，但陈语安却和广大男生一样喜欢电脑游戏，她的最高纪录是曾在家中连续打电脑游戏12小时，而陈语安喜欢上电脑游戏则完全是因为受到了哥哥的影响。
