　　刚刚过去的一周，是国内收藏界兴奋得“夜不能寐”的日子。国内两大拍卖公司几乎同时进行的秋拍，重头戏日场夜场连轴转，每天都有拍品刷新纪录。中国艺术品更是频频创纪录。

　　实时扫描市场，火爆数据背后，有何市场动向？“中国艺术品”是否已成收藏焦点？中国藏家崭露头角的时机到了吗？高端藏品是否回暖在即？

　　频刷记录 各大行皆创历年最佳

　　市场热度，在10月份率先一轮的香港秋拍中，其实已开始显露。到了12月的北京秋拍档，频频的中国艺术品创下记录，更推向关注高峰。

　　10月国庆节档期，是香港秋拍高峰期。香港苏富比2017秋拍以总成交额逾31.5亿港元收槌。整体成交率86%，涨幅高达43.1%，五天内产生了16项世界拍卖纪录。其中北宋汝窑天青釉洗以2.943亿港元刷新中国瓷器世界拍卖纪录，清乾隆御制白玉瓜棱式羊首掐丝珐琅提梁茶壶以7550万港元的成交价刷新玉雕世界拍卖纪录。苏富比亚洲区行政总裁程寿康表示，苏富比2017春秋两拍的总成交额更是2014年以来最高。亚洲藏家热烈参与竞投，中国内地买家尤其踊跃。

　　同一档期的保利香港和嘉德香港秋拍，都创下历史最高总成交记录。保利香港以总成交港元 18.08 亿创下成立五年来新纪录。中国古董珍玩部总成交额达港元4.27亿元，其中永乐宫廷造像专场斩获“白手套”，成交额达港元3.24亿。而嘉德香港秋拍14场总成交6.526亿港元，全年9.79亿港元，创历史最高总成交额。

　　11月底，佳士得香港2017秋拍成交34.3亿港元，四件拍品过2亿港元成交。其中佳士得在亚洲举办的首场印象派拍卖《亲爱的莫内先生》100%成交，90% 以上的新买家来自亚洲。而中国瓷器及艺术品之三场私人珍藏专拍也获得100%成交的“白手套”。赵无极的《29.01.64》以2.026亿港元成交，刷新亚洲艺术家油画作品的世界拍卖纪录。佳士得亚洲区总裁魏蔚表示：2017 年全年里，亚洲买家对各品类大师杰作均积极竞投，本次秋拍再次彰显亚洲藏家雄厚实力。

　　超热夜场 创纪录以分钟为单位

　　如果说香港秋拍还是激战前奏，到了12月中的北京秋拍，中国收藏市场的战况就堪称火爆了。战况最激烈的12月16日-19日，中国艺术品各项专场，日场、夜场连番上阵。据羊城晚报记者观察，从18日至19日凌晨一点多，两大拍卖行以分钟为单位，不断交替发布刷新各项纪录的战绩。

　　截止至12月20日，北京保利秋拍经过7天共40个专场的拍卖，以逾42.6亿元的总成交额落槌。共有5件拍品成交超亿元、40件拍品成交额超过千万元，共有四个专场斩获白手套。至此，保利拍卖系成为2017年度全世界唯一年成交额超过100亿的中国艺术品拍卖企业。

　　其中，最引起轰动的，是齐白石《山水十二条屏》以9.315亿元成交，刷新全球中国艺术品的拍卖纪录，成为第一件进入“一亿美元俱乐部”的中国艺术品。尽管原定于晚7点开拍的“中国古代书画夜场”由于其他场次买家竞夺的激烈而延后了开拍时间，但此次总成交额达到27.07亿元的书画夜场，仍然成为了全球成交额最高的中国艺术品拍卖专场。

　　中国嘉德则同样在重点板块开始了“中国嘉德拍卖历史上最长的一次夜场拍卖”，从12月18日的晚上5点持续至19日凌晨1点30分，在将近8个小时的拍卖之后，“大观——四海崇誉之夜”三个专场实现总成交16.0325亿元，其中有4件超过亿元成交的拍品以及29件千万元以上成交的拍品。

　　这场大观之夜同时也是上拍数量最多的一次，尤其是在亿元级别作品的拍卖过程中，场内外的买家步步紧跟，竞价激烈。

　　亮点关注

　　热门板块 市场热度看“中国艺术品”

　　在被频频刷新的记录中，不难发现，今年秋拍最大的亮点，是中国艺术品成为市场大热。无论是从纽约、伦敦的拍场延续而来的热门品类中国瓷器、古董家具，还是在今年大放异彩的古代、现当代书画，都是市场热门板块，高端精品依然被看作市场主导。

　　齐白石《山水十二条屏》成为首个进入“一亿美元俱乐部”的中国艺术品，已成为今年收藏界大新闻。加上吴昌硕《花卉十二屏》、李可染《韶山革命圣地毛主席旧居》、赵孟頫《般若波罗蜜多心经》和崔如琢《指墨山水十二条屏》，保利此次的中国书画夜场共5件作品成交价破亿，5小时狂揽27亿元，被业内称为“超级夜场”。而在保利的现当代艺术夜场，张晓刚、周春芽等多位中国当代艺术家，也创下了个人拍卖的最高价纪录。康熙黄花梨鸾凤牡丹纹大顶箱柜也以9890万元创下古董家具记录。

　　嘉德秋拍中，几件亿元级别的拍品，也以古代书画板块为领军。除了徐渭《写生卷》和沈周的《送吴文定行图并题卷》接连过亿外，亦有唐寅、王翚、弘仁等人的作品创造高价。其中，唐寅《石林消夏图》堪称是一件高价中的黑马作品，拍卖前的最高估价为4000万元，最终以8395万元成交，为最高估价两倍之多。

　　岭南文化、红色题材亦受关注

　　中国艺术品收藏总体成为市场热门，岭南文化与红色题材，亦受到藏家关注。

　　12月13日晚上9点收槌的广东崇正秋拍，12日晚夜场+13日全天拍卖共取得3亿余元的总成交额。其中岭南文化的领军人物关山月的《北国风光》以2242.5万元拔得头筹，郭沫若的巨联《走路两条腿，建国一盘棋》和李可染的《赤城霞》则分别拍出1725万元和1322.5万元。“九藤书屋藏名家书画”专场自2015年春拍起第六度赢得100%成交“白手套”。

　　在拍前预览时，广东崇正常务副总经理何向民告诉羊城晚报记者，尽管大家认为中国艺术品收藏市场大热，但价格仍须由每件作品的品质决定。从拍卖结果看，来源出处清晰的名家旧藏精品，现场买家举牌十分踊跃，几乎全线高倍溢价成交，溢价率更有高达20倍以上者。

　　中国文化收藏受欢迎，频出“天价”的背后代表什么？中国艺术品受到藏家欢迎，是否表示高端市场回暖？

　　保利北京表示，齐白石《山水十二屏》代表东方艺术品成功迈进“一亿美金俱乐部”，相信会成为带动中国艺术品市场发展的另一个转折点，也将成为展现中国文化自信的一个契机，实现中国艺术品的价值回归。今年秋拍频频刷出新高，反映出市场的回升。

　　中国藏家受关注

　　值得留意的是，中国藏家积极竞拍，也是今年“中国力”的表现。齐白石《山水十二屏》的买家就是中国藏家。北京保利拍卖有限公司执行董事赵旭表示，“竞买的藏家几乎全是国内藏家。有近十人办理了竞买该作品的特殊号牌。这些藏家几乎都有自己的民营美术馆。”
