曹致洋，字墨古、布衣善人，堂号武惠堂。国家高级美术指导师。1955年生于江苏阜宁县。中学毕业后，于1974年参军，在部队表现优异，先后任职连文书、营书记，并参加中越边境自卫反击战。

Cao Zhiyang, with ancient Chinese characters and a good man in cloth clothes, is called Wu Huitang. National senior art instructor. Born in Funing County, Jiangsu Province in 1955. After graduating from middle school, he joined the army in 1974, performed well in the army, successively served as company secretary and battalion secretary, and participated in the self-defense counterattack war on the border between China and Vietnam.

1978年到昆明艺术学校学习，1983年从部队转业后，从事房地产业工作。1990年后开始书法创作，2000年后书法作品频现于各大展览。2015年任职于《江苏书画艺术家档案》南京编辑部主编，2016年被推选为中国艺术家数据库主席，现为金陵书画院名誉院长。

He studied in Kunming Art School in 1978 and worked in the real estate industry after switching from the army in 1983. Calligraphy creation began after 1990, and calligraphy works appeared frequently in major exhibitions after 2000. In 2015, he served as the editor in chief of the Nanjing Editorial Department of Jiangsu calligraphy and painting artist archives. In 2016, he was elected chairman of the Chinese artist database and is now the honorary president of Jinling calligraphy and painting academy.

曹致洋少年时代开始练习书法，参军后，在部队利用业余时间也不忘勤练书法，其书法作品得到上级首长的一致好评。90年代，曹致洋慕名到山东东营书画艺术学校进修，深得名师指导，书艺大升。其作品先后在各级报刊、杂志、图书发表，参加全国各级书法大赛并获奖。近年来，由于书法成绩突出，作品深受各界喜爱，并被珍藏。

Cao Zhiyang began to practice calligraphy in his youth. After joining the army, he did not forget to practice calligraphy diligently in his spare time in the army. His calligraphy works were highly praised by his superiors. In the 1990s, Cao Zhiyang went to Shandong Dongying calligraphy and painting art school for further study, won the guidance of famous teachers and greatly promoted his calligraphy. His works have been published in newspapers, magazines and books at all levels, and participated in the national calligraphy competition at all levels and won awards. In recent years, due to outstanding achievements in calligraphy, his works are deeply loved by all walks of life and are cherished.

曹致洋工草隶篆皆有优势，从其作品探析，致洋主攻草书，兼得隶篆。其草书如行云流水，虚实相生，气势贯通，错综变化犹以“雨夹雪”喻之。如落叶纷披，令人眼花缭乱，然规则中既有不规则，视觉上给人跃动的感觉。

Cao Zhiyang has advantages in both Gong Cao and Li Zhuan. From the analysis of his works, Zhi Yang mainly focuses on cursive script and Li Zhuan. The cursive script is like flowing clouds and flowing water, with the combination of emptiness and reality, the momentum is connected, and the intricate changes are even compared with "rain and snow". Such as falling leaves, dazzling, but there are both irregularities in the rules, which visually gives people the feeling of jumping.

致洋草书作品笔画简约，勾连不断，线条流畅纵情，章法气势皆佳。节奏感、韵律美、线条断续，字态动静犹如音乐起伏，美不胜收。蔡邕说：“势来不可止，势去不可遏。”草书之作全在神驰情纵，得心应手之间写出的精神和气质。

Zhiyang cursive calligraphy works have simple strokes, continuous hooking, smooth lines, indulgence and good composition momentum. The sense of rhythm, beauty of rhythm, intermittent lines, and the movement and stillness of words are like the ups and downs of music. Cai Yong said, "the potential cannot be stopped, and the potential cannot be stopped." The works of cursive script are all about the spirit and temperament written with ease.

观致洋隶书作品文字结体扁平、工整、精巧，轻重顿挫富有变化，风格也趋多样化，博取百家之长，融为自己一体，极具艺术美学价值。致洋能够弃东施效颦，自辟蹊径，实为书中楷模，当今骄子。
