记者近日从香港特别行政区政府官方网站获悉，香港特区政府对文化和旅游部、粤港澳大湾区建设领导小组办公室及广东省政府联合印发的《粤港澳大湾区文化和旅游发展规划》（以下简称《规划》）表示欢迎，并表示，特区政府将按照《规划》的指导方向，积极融入国家发展大局，并与文化和旅游部、广东省文化和旅游厅及粤港澳大湾区各市的文化和旅游部门携手合作，共建世界级人文湾区和休闲湾区。

The reporter recently learned from the official website of the government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region that the government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region welcomes the "cultural and tourism development plan for the Great Bay area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao" (hereinafter referred to as the "plan") jointly issued by the Ministry of culture and tourism, the office of the leading group for the construction of the Great Bay area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao and the Guangdong provincial government, and expresses that the government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region will actively follow the guidance of the "plan" We will work with the Ministry of culture and tourism, the Department of culture and tourism of Guangdong Province and the cultural and tourism departments of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao to build a world-class cultural and leisure Bay area.

香港特区政府发言人表示，《规划》为大湾区的文化和旅游发展提供了指导性方向，有助于引领大湾区成为中外文化交流的枢纽及世界级旅游目的地，对巩固香港作为国际文化大都会和国际旅游枢纽的地位具有促进作用。

A spokesman for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government said that the plan provides a guiding direction for the cultural and tourism development of Dawan District, helps to lead Dawan district to become a hub for cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries and a world-class tourism destination, and promotes the consolidation of Hong Kong's position as an international cultural metropolis and international tourism hub.

在文化方面，发言人表示，《规划》中“共建人文湾区”章节提出的多项举措有助进一步推动大湾区各城市在文化艺术表演和观众群的发展交流和互联互通。《规划》的发布为香港艺术文化界提供了更广阔的大湾区艺术文化表演市场，对其创作素质提升具有促进作用，香港将为建设大湾区宜居宜业宜游的优质生活圈的目标作出贡献。与此同时，香港的西九文化区内将建设多个世界级的表演及艺术展览场地，旨在提升香港作为国际文化枢纽的地位，为人文湾区发展提供有力支撑。此外，特区政府将持续推动香港青年到大湾区进行文化交流，加深其对大湾区深厚历史和文化底蕴的认识，为其日后参与大湾区以及国家文化发展创造条件。

在旅游方面，发言人提出，特区政府全力支持《规划》中“构筑休闲湾区”章节提出的多项推动大湾区旅游发展的举措，吸引更多海外旅客到访大湾区，推动大湾区旅游业高质量发展，构筑面向全球的宜游湾区。《规划》及《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》均明确支持香港成为国际城市旅游枢纽及“一程多站”示范核心区。疫情过后，特区政府将继续致力发挥香港作为亚洲国际都会的优势，运用香港便捷的交通资源和丰富的旅游资源，吸引海外旅客经香港开展大湾区“一程多站”旅行。香港旅游发展局将适时联合广东省及澳门特别行政区相关部门推广大湾区旅游品牌等，开拓国际客源市场，将大湾区打造成世界级旅游目的地。（唐伯侬）
