12月23日,记者从国务院新闻办公室举行的新闻发布会上获悉,文化和旅游部将深入贯彻党的十九届五中全会精神、中央经济工作会议精神,结合“十四五”规划,抓好顶层设计,推进旅游业高质量发展。结合2021年建党百年和2022年北京冬奥会主题,抓重点、出精品,推进红色旅游、冰雪旅游等发展,推进国家文化公园建设。

2021年是党和国家发展历史上重要的一年。据介绍,文化和旅游部将结合建党百年主题,进一步弘扬社会主义核心价值观,通过发展红色旅游,不断深化文化和旅游融合发展。计划开展传承红色基因、弘扬革命传统的系列活动。如以党旗高高飘扬为主题,策划“重走初心路”红色精神传承活动,推出“辉煌的历程”建党百年百条红色旅游精品线路;以“心中的旗帜”为主题,举办第三届全国红色故事讲解员大赛;开展红色创意产品征集展示活动,举办“百年百艺 薪火相传”中国传统工艺邀请展。

文化和旅游部将进一步统筹推进旅游业供给侧结构性改革和需求侧管理。一方面,立足高质量发展,通过高质量供给引领和创造旅游新需求,优化产品结构,促进旅游业转型升级,推出诸如国家级旅游度假区之类的优质供给。另一方面,立足大众旅游发展,丰富大众旅游产品和线路,适应多样化旅游需求,培育旅游消费新热点,如推出新一批乡村旅游重点村镇、乡村旅游精品线路,推动体育旅游、研学旅游、康养旅游、休闲度假旅游等创新内容。

文化和旅游部将与有关部门持续做好全国冰雪旅游宣传推广活动,拟推出一批冰雪旅游线路和冰雪旅游度假地。文化和旅游部还将借助互联网力量做好整合营销,宣传推广一批新兴旅游产品、旅游目的地,打造一批能够体现中华文化标识的旅游线路,助推文化和旅游市场恢复振兴,不断满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要。(沈啸)
