世界文联通讯处：2020年11月2日下午，世界文化艺术界首届颁奖盛典暨世界文化艺术界春节联欢晚会筹备会在重庆市渝中区大坪隆重召开，与会人员就举行颁奖盛典的可行性方案进行热烈讨论。

会上，谭邦兰秘书长对世界文化艺术界联合会的成立过程、组织使命以及愿景进行介绍，并着重讲解举办“世界文化艺术界颁奖盛典”的重大意义：在新冠疫情全球大流行的大背景下，举办健康、艺术、美丽的一系列活动，鼓舞人们勇敢面对困难，增加人们追求美好生活的信心；并将颁奖活动打造成类似于奥斯卡、格莱美一类的大型文艺盛典。
