张水奇，男，汉族，1950年出生在河南许昌一个中等烟行商人的家庭。1967年许昌一高毕业，参加工作。83年调入许昌地区文化局电影公司，84年调入地区文化局，85年任地区文化局招待所所长，88年许昌东方大剧院任总经理。张水厅不仅是当地著名的企业家，还是一位民间收藏家。从78年搞文物收藏至今。
Zhang Shuiqi, male, Han nationality, was born in Xuchang, Henan Province in 1950. In 1967, Xu Chang graduated from high school and took part in work.
