瑞典舍贝里奖授予陈竺等科学家

新华社斯德哥尔摩２月６日电 瑞典皇家科学院日前宣布，将２０１８年舍贝里奖授予中国科学家陈竺和法国科学家安娜·德尚、于克·德戴，表彰三位科学家“阐明急性早幼粒细胞白血病的分子机理并开创革命性疗法”。

　　急性早幼粒细胞白血病曾经是最致命的癌症类型之一。三位科学家开创出可以不用化疗的新疗法，采用全反式维甲酸和三氧化二砷（俗称砒霜）实施综合治疗，９０％的患者在接受此疗法后可被治愈。

　　瑞典皇家科学院在公报中说，这种疗法的治疗效果已被大量科学研究证实。在许多国家，这种联合疗法已成为治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病的首选，因此将今年的舍贝里奖授予中国上海交通大学的陈竺、法国巴黎巴斯德研究所的安娜·德尚、法国巴黎法兰西学院的于克·德戴。
