机舱内吸烟、破坏生态环境 3名游客被列入"黑名单"

人民网北京2月7日电 （记者刘佳）据国家旅游局监督管理司消息，近日，一名云南游客搭乘亚航航班由吉隆坡飞往斗湖的途中，因在机舱内吸烟被马来西亚法院判处罚款。目前，国家旅游局已根据《旅游不文明行为记录管理暂行办法》的规定，将该游客列入“旅游不文明行为记录”，记录期限为3年。另外，还有两名河北游客因违规徒步穿越自然保护区的实验区，破坏保护区的生态环境，也被列入“旅游不文明行为记录”，记录期限为2年。

据了解，2018年1月16日，云南游客李某某由云南熊猫国际旅行社组织前往马来西亚旅游。该游客在搭乘亚航航班由吉隆坡飞往斗湖的途中，因在机舱内吸烟被马来西亚警方立案调查。1月25日，该游客被马来西亚地方法院判处罚款6000令吉（约合人民币9731元）。

2017年6月，河北游客吴某某、温某某在未经九寨沟国家级自然保护区管理机构允许的情况下，违规徒步穿越自然保护区的实验区，破坏保护区生态环境。九寨沟县森林公安局根据《中华人民共和国自然保护区条例》《四川省林业行政处罚裁量标准》之规定，对吴某某、温某某作出责令改正，并处罚款1000元的行政处罚。

春节将至，旅游市场将迎来新一轮出游高峰。国家旅游局提醒广大游客，出游时要自觉遵守相关法律法规，遵守文明旅游行为规范，尊重旅游目的地风俗习惯、文化传统和宗教信仰，遵守公共秩序和社会公德，做到爱护环境，举止得体，文明出游，理性消费。同时，各地旅游部门要加强文明旅游宣传教育；旅游企业要做好从业人员的培训教育，引导游客文明旅游，安全旅游;旅行社要把好“组团关”“落地关”“行程关”，导游领队要切实肩负起文明旅游宣传员的职责。
