中国工艺美术大师、东阳木雕国家级代表性传承人陆光正植根传统、推陈出新、古为今用，让古老的非遗焕发了时代魅力——

以能者为师 与时代同步

　　近日，“丝路华章——陆光正从艺60年东阳木雕大展”在国家博物馆举行，一件件主题宏大、雕刻精美、气势雄浑的木雕作品引来众人驻足。陆光正是中国工艺美术大师、东阳木雕国家级代表性传承人，他13岁开始学习木雕艺术，如今从艺整整60年。

　　东阳木雕属于民间手工艺制品，不少人对其的一般认知是，在平面雕些山水、人物、花鸟，用于摆一摆、挂一挂。而在陆光正这里，观众们“大开眼界”，看到了张骞出使西域、郑和下西洋的“一带一路”历史画卷，看到了巴基斯坦瓜达尔港口等“一带一路”沿线的代表性成果，以及雪域天路、神九问天、辽宁号航空母舰等改革开放近40年来的新成就……

　　“我生在旧社会，长在新中国，对党和国家、对人民有着质朴情怀。对于‘只有国家强盛人民才有尊严’，有切肤之感。”陆光正说。

　　他年轻时去过欧洲，在异国他乡施艺。那时欧洲的一些国家已经高楼大厦林立，高速公路纵横，他联想到家乡还交通不便，走出大山要费大半天工夫，就很自卑，感觉抬不起头来。站在当下，他看到国家发展日新月异，看到“一带一路”倡议取得了丰硕成果，产生了强烈的创作欲望，“我要表达我的感动，反映国家的进步与伟大，讴歌美好时代。”

　　陆光正倾注一个甲子的心血，让古老的非遗焕发了时代魅力。植根传统、推陈出新、古为今用，是他努力的方向。

　　陆光正以为，丝绸之路之所以绵延千年，一个重要原因是中国的丝绸、瓷器等器物广受外国人喜欢。“贵族们能穿上中国丝绸，被认为身份高贵，家里有只青花瓷盘，代表了文化与尊崇。他们为什么会有这样的认识？中国的东西好在哪里？我以为，精彩绝伦的工艺，以及其后蕴含的工匠精神，成就了器物的精彩。”

　　他说：“从传统技法，到工匠精神，一切传统品类都有深厚的历史积淀，凝聚了千百年来人民的美好追求和精神标识，如果不去下功夫传承，它不会留在你的手里，走到你的心里。”

　　不过，只有传承，没有创新，非遗发展也很难长久。陆光正遗憾地看到，当下许多非遗项目市场萎缩、后继乏人，“如果非遗因循守旧、自我封闭，不去创新，不能服务人民，不能通过市场的流通取得造血功能、产生良性循环，其寿命很可能长不了。”事实上，陆光正的系列创新作品，广受社会喜爱和市场青睐，“我认识到，群众需要正能量、喜爱真善美，传承人应当在继承传统的基础上，不断突破，跟上时代发展的步伐。”陆光正说。

　　东阳木雕的表现手段存在局限性，对此，陆光正大胆创新，他探索的路子是博采众长，甚至跨界融合，吸收其他姊妹艺术的特色丰富其表现力，“我希望从其他行业人士的眼界、见识、技能等多个方面汲取营养，甚至碰撞出火花，提高作品内涵和艺术表现。”

　　为筹备这次木雕大展，陆光正也汇聚众智、博采众长。他邀请中央美院、清华美院、中国美院、厦门大学艺术学院的教授们共同设计圆雕人物作品，还请来舞蹈老师把关人物形态。由于涉及“一带一路”的历史、政治、文化、经济、民族交流等诸多方面，他还请来一些知名专家为展览审核把关。

　　陆光正坦陈，自己始终“以能者为师”，“年轻人思维敏捷，新科技、新思想武装头脑，和他们接触常常令我耳目一新、颇有收获，也使我心态年轻、富有活力。”陆光正说，学习面前没有大师，只有始终保持谦恭态度，创作出更多更好的作品，非遗传承的接力棒才能一直传下去。

Lu Guangzheng thought that the Silk Road lasted for thousands of years, one of the important reasons was that Chinese silk, porcelain and other utensils were widely enjoyed by foreigners. "The nobles can wear Chinese silk, is considered noble, only the blue and white porcelain family, represent the culture and respect. Why do they have such a understanding? What is the good thing in China? I think that the wonderful craft and the spirit of the craftsman behind it have made the utensils wonderful.

He said: "from traditional techniques to craftsman spirit, all traditional products have deep historical accumulation, which embodies people's beautiful pursuit and spiritual logo for thousands of years. If we don't go to work hard, we will not stay in your hands and walk into your heart."
