“绍剧传承人”施洁净：三十年梨园不忘初心

　施洁净，国家一级演员，著名绍剧表演艺术家钱慧韵嫡传弟子，绍兴市非物质文化遗产（绍剧）代表性传承人。施洁净入梨园一行三十多年，曾饰演过《杨门女将》中的佘太君、《秋瑾》中的秋瑾等经典人物形象。

　　生旦净末丑皆能　小生老旦一身挑

　　当年绍剧在余姚地区非常受欢迎，再加上施洁净的父母也非常喜欢绍剧，15岁时施洁净考入浙江绍剧院二团，后来对绍剧有了更多的解多了之后逐渐打听到了钱慧韵老师。当时已经退休的钱慧韵参加了老艺术家剧团到乡下演出，施洁净在没有演出的时候，就找到钱慧韵演出的地方看他们演出，向钱慧韵讨教，接触多了之后钱老师也逐渐对施洁净留意起来，经过很长一段时间，钱慧韵被施洁净的认真努力和对艺术的追求所打动，2009年施洁净正式拜师学习。

　　最初进入剧团时，施洁净以演花旦为主，后来因为身高和嗓音更合适演小生，半年之后开始转攻小生行当。之后剧院缺少一位老旦的角色，院领导觉得施洁净也很有潜力，当时还很年轻，又一直饰演花旦和小生，对于老旦这个角色施洁净有些顾虑，但是因为师父也是主攻小生、老生和老旦角色这样一直传承下来，施洁净决心尝试一下。几场演出下来，院领导们、老师们对于施洁净都给予了很高的评价，就这样，施洁净可以在小生和老旦这两个截然不同的行当之间切换自如。

　　梅花香自苦寒来　宝剑锋从磨砺出

　　一年夏天，施洁净到慈溪演出《杨门女将》，当天剧场内坐得满满当当，空调也没有。演到第四场时，施洁净整个人抽筋，坚持到第六场，她觉得四肢僵硬，失去了知觉，晕倒在了舞台上。戏迷们赶紧把她送往医院，医生说如果晚来一刻，就有生命危险了。“当天晚上还有一场戏是刚刚排出来没有演过的戏，虽然我是个配角，但是如果我不去的话整部戏也就演不了了，当时醒来后就想晚上我一定要去演，因为观众对我们热情，我们不能对观众不负责任。当天晚上演出的时候整个人像踩在海绵上一样，结束后回家好几天都缓不过来。”施洁净说，“作为演员来说我觉得观众是很重要的，没有观众我们就一无是处了。”

　　第二次晕倒是在惠民演出中，同样是因为天气太热，再一次晕倒在舞台上，紧急拉了大幕。醒过来的施洁净想要坚持演完下半场，同事告诉她，团长说了，今天买票的观众，可以等下次剧团来演《三清樊梨花》时凭票重看，施洁净这才放心。　

　　2007年，浙江绍剧院要排一部现代戏《秋瑾》。历史上的秋瑾是位很高大，柔中带刚，豪放洒脱的女性，当时导演选角的时候还是觉得施洁净最为合适，从行当上来说，是一个青衣的角色，这对一直饰演小生和老旦的施洁净来说又是一次很大的考验。这部戏是施洁净从艺以来首次主演的原创大戏，她的压力非常大。从唱腔到表演，各个方面都是一次全新的挑战。为了排好这出原创大戏，施洁净几乎是从早到晚的排练，从来没有放弃的念头。“当时就想，无论如何我都要把这个‘硬骨头’啃下来，我查阅了大量的资料，去秋瑾到过的地方去感受和了解这个人物。每天7点到剧团，晚上12点多回到家里，连续40多天，每一天基本都是这样，脚都起了泡也没察觉到。为了演好里边喝酒的戏份，从来不喝酒的我把自己灌得酩酊大醉，这个过程真的非常艰难，当时的心情只有我自己能体会到。”经过不断地努力，最终这部戏得到了专家和领导们的高度赞扬。

　　2012年，浙江绍剧艺术院为施洁净量身打造了一台新编绍剧《佘太君》。在排戏的三年里，施洁净几乎没有休息日，为了编排好这部戏，施洁净生病也会挂着盐水排练。功夫不负有心人，施洁净凭借此剧荣获首届浙江省戏剧“金桂表演奖”、第25届上海戏剧白玉兰主角奖、第27届中国戏剧梅花奖。“我不能辜负三年里领导同事们一直跟着我排练，我觉得这些奖项都不是我个人的，是大家的。红花要用绿叶来配，大家支持我才能把红花托起来。剧团是综合艺术，它不是一两个人的，是整个剧团的主体艺术。”施洁净说。

　　不忘初心走正道　砥砺奋进宏图展　

　　今年十月，中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会在人民大会堂开幕。施洁净作为十九大代表来京参加。“看到今年十九大报告中‘坚定文化自信，推动社会主义文化繁荣兴盛’这一板块，作为文艺界代表的我非常激动。习近平总书记对文艺高度重视，对文艺事业发展寄予殷切期望，这对我们戏剧工作者来说，既是鼓舞又是鞭策。”施洁净说。

　　在十九大浙江代表团小组讨论现场，施洁净在发言时以一段绍剧唱腔结尾，赢得满场掌声。“华夏金秋好时光，十九大隆重来召开，不忘初心走正道，砥砺奋进宏图展。”

　　社会主义文艺是人民的文艺，必须坚持以人民为中心的创作导向，在深入生活、扎根人民中进行无愧于时代的文艺创造。“我们中华民族的传统文化博大精深，我们如何把优秀的传统文化传承好，发扬好，我作为一名绍剧演员，要充分把报告的精神结合到自己的实际工作当中，不光要把传统的剧目传承好，还要创作更多有正能量的，有新时代特色的作品，并把这些作品传递到老百姓当中去。”

　　要让更多的基层百姓关注到绍剧，了解这一项传统文化，这是施洁净对自己职责和使命的理解。除此之外，培养好接班人，在传授艺术之外传授品德，“德在前艺在后，让绍剧的精神可以代代传承，责任在肩。”
