刘尔荣女 1938年生于艺术世家。作品多次在国内及香港、澳门、日本、澳大利亚、台湾、美国等地参展、获奖，受到国内外书画家的赞誉和收藏。

现为：中国美术家协会会员、国家高级美术师、美术教授、国家一级书法师、国宾礼首创艺术家、中国非遗国礼特供艺术家、中华人民共和国国宾礼特供艺术家、中国文化艺术中心主席团副主席、中国文艺界联合会副主席、法兰西皇家画院外籍终身院士、金砖国家文化理事会会长等。
