薛贻康，1943年生于山东省临沭县石门镇。诗人、书法家、山东大学教授、一级书法师。1962年至1967年，毕业于北京师范大学历史系本科。分配工厂工作10年。1981年获历史学硕士学位。历任山东大学《文史哲》编辑、讲师、副教授、教授、系主任、学院副院长、山东省高校图书情报工作委员会秘书长等职。2004年11月退休。发表论文、出版专著170余万字。有《老子译注》、《周易译注》谋略家传等传世。

从1960年留下诗作，成诗四五百首。拳拳爱国之心，无诗不在。娟娟仁爱之情，贯穿始终。崇尚传统文化艺术中,诗书画结合的综合艺术之法，以求诗、书、画三艺同生共美。

Xue Yikang was born in Shimen Town, Linshu County, Shandong Province in 1943. Poet, calligrapher, professor of Shandong University, first-class calligrapher.
