袁姗姗（Mabel Yuan，1987年2月22日-），出生于湖北省襄阳市，毕业于北京电影学院05级表演系本科班，中国内地女演员。

2010年，袁姗姗出演《秦香莲》《野鸭子》正式进入娱乐圈。2012年出演电视剧《宫锁珠帘》中“怜儿”一角走红，凭借该剧获得乐视影视盛典最具突破艺人奖、优酷大剧盛典最佳女主角奖。2013年凭借《爱在春天》，获得亚洲偶像盛典最具潜力女演员奖，2015年出演电影《煎饼侠》，获颁最强电影新力量女演员奖。2016年凭借《所以，和黑粉结婚了》荣获第12届中美电影节最佳人气演员奖。2017年，其主演的都市情感剧《云巅之上》网络播放量累积突破20亿。2018年10月26日，获2018凤凰网时尚之选年度网友票选最爱人气演员大奖。2021年5月4日，参演的电视剧《理想照耀中国》定档在湖南卫视、芒果TV、优酷、腾讯视频、爱奇艺播出。

1987年2月22日，袁姗姗出生于湖北省襄阳市。6岁开始学小提琴，小时候被舞蹈老师看中欲收其做学生，甚至曾追到家中劝说，都因母亲害怕练习舞蹈伤害身体而没有同意。母亲让袁姗姗开始学习小提琴。立志考艺术院校的袁姗姗原本计划学习唱歌，可是老师却让袁姗姗改学表演，2005年，对于表演一无所知的袁姗姗听取老师的专业建议，考取了北京电影学院2005级表演系本科。
