随后，由主持人——联合国健艺美文化产业总会行政院副院长乐尔（昆娜）女士发表重要讲话。她表示，在上半年，环球一带一路文化艺术中心，亚洲青少年文化艺术协会、东盟文化艺术协会、亚洲友好协会等世文联文艺类协会，将有计划地策划举办一些主题性的文化艺术线上展演活动。这样的文艺活动，从今年起，会有计划地分主题举办。疫情影响，目前第一期是线上展示，世文联艺术家可以优先的参与。其中包括征集艺术家与东方及国潮相关的文化节目，作品或者表演，纳入活动的展播内容之一。整个活动的进程，计划分期由秘书处和宣传部在世文联网站及各大媒体进行图文报道。成功参与活动的艺术家还将获得主办协会颁发的电子证书，以示表彰。这是一个很好的，推广艺术家个人和艺术交流的好机会，可以让更多的艺术家和协会增进认识，我们群里其实很多艺术家都是在不同的城市，大家擅长的领域也是百花齐放。新形势下，各协会整合资源，共创共赢，欢迎大家的参与!

据悉，想要参与文联即将举办的系列活动的艺术家，可行政院副院长乐尔（昆娜）女士报名。艺术家们提交的视频也会有一定的条件和要求，报名是否成功，以视频是否通过组委会审核为准。
