夏硕，号子然，一九六三年生于南京。自幼喜爱书法与绘画，二十世纪九十年代开始中国画和书法创作。作品多次入选全国书画展览并获奖，艺术典籍入编多部画集和图书。

Xia Shuo, Hao Ziran, was born in Nanjing in 1963. One of the 20 families in xinjinling. He loved calligraphy and painting since childhood. He began to create Chinese painting and calligraphy in the 1990s. His works have been selected into national calligraphy and painting exhibitions and won awards for many times, and art classics have been compiled into many painting collections and books.

夏硕现为国家高级美术指导师，江苏省徐悲鸿研究会会员，大风堂中国画学研究会会员，南京市美术家协会会员。

Xia Shuo is now Secretary General of Chinese artists database, national senior art instructor, President of Jinling calligraphy and painting academy, member of Jiangsu Xu Beihong Research Association, member of dafengtang Chinese Painting Research Association and member of Nanjing Artists Association.

夏硕是一位充满才情的山水画家，他画笔下的山山水水云雾缭绕，仙气勃发，如诗如画。他用纯净的内心构画出一幅幅江南式的山水田园，名山大川，江河湖海，既有古人文人儒家思想，又有现代文人的奔放豪迈，水墨与色彩的灵巧设色，波澜壮阔，精心刻画出祖国的多娇山姿。

Xia Shuo is a talented landscape painter. The mountains, rivers, clouds and mist under his brush are full of immortality, poetic and picturesque. With his pure heart, he constructed and painted Jiangnan style landscapes and gardens, famous mountains and rivers, rivers, lakes and seas. There are not only the Confucianism of ancient scholars, but also the boldness and heroism of modern scholars. The ingenious color setting of ink and color is magnificent, and carefully depicts the charming mountain posture of the motherland.

夏硕40多年的文人生涯，他用心探索中国画的笔墨语言，前有古人仇英，唐寅，文徵明，沈周，龚贤，近有张大千，黄宾虹，傅抱石等名家大师理论与技法，金陵画派与新金陵画派的流派风格碰撞，融为一体。

Xia Shuo has been a literati for more than 40 years. He has carefully explored the pen and ink language of Chinese painting. There were ancient Qiu Ying, Tang Yin, Wen Zhengming, Shen Zhou, Gong Xian, nearly famous masters such as Zhang Daqian, Huang Binhong and Fu Baoshi. The genre styles of Jinling painting school and the new Jinling painting school collided and integrated into one.

夏硕在山水画领域的成功与清华美院高研班的进修是密切相关的，他在大风堂中国画学研究会导师的指点下学习北方山水的苍茫与豪迈，学习江南山水的清秀与雅丽。最重要的是夏硕对于山水绘画的执着与专研，他将南派风格与北派风格的创作融通与笔墨结合，成就了他在山水画坛的重要地位。

Xia Shuo's success in the field of landscape painting is closely related to the further study of the senior research class of Tsinghua Academy of fine arts. Under the guidance of the tutor of the dafengtang Chinese Painting Research Association, he learned the vastness and boldness of the northern landscape and the beauty and elegance of the landscape in the South of the Yangtze River. The most important thing is Xia Shuo's dedication and professional research on landscape painting. He combines the creation of southern style and Northern style with pen and ink, which has achieved his important position in the landscape painting world.
