正在举行的2021年服贸会（中国<北京>国际服务贸易交易会）国际服务贸易交易会）少不了志愿者的身影。9月6日，共青团北京市委副书记、服贸会执委会志愿者服务指挥部执行指挥李健介绍，2021年服贸会共招募志愿者1500名，其中，在国家会议中心服务的志愿者约600人，在首钢园区服务的志愿者约900人。

These volunteers are from Tsinghua University, Beijing University of Posts and telecommunications, Central University for nationalities, Beijing Foreign Studies University, Beijing Forestry University, China University of mining and Technology (Beijing), Beijing University of technology, Capital Normal University, Northern University of technology, Beijing University of information technology, Capital University of economics and trade, Beijing Jianzhu University, Beijing Agricultural College, Shougang Institute of technology Beijing Youth Political College and other 15 colleges and universities in Beijing, as well as Shijingshan Youth League district Party committee and Shougang Group.

据悉，本次服贸会首次将城市志愿者纳入志愿服务运行体系，在展区附近地铁站、热门商区、周边沿线等地设置城市志愿服务站7个，组织200余名志愿者提供路线指引、信息咨询、应急救助、特殊人群帮扶等志愿服务，有效扩大志愿者服务半径，提升重大活动志愿者服务的总体能力。

据介绍，为做好志愿者的保障工作，考虑防疫、防雨、防晒等实际需求，组委会为志愿者配发了帽子、短袖T恤、口罩、雨衣、腰包、冰袖、清凉油等服装及配套装备，并在国家会议中心、首钢园区设立志愿者之家。

在志愿者管理方面，组委会全程严格按照闭环管理要求，制定志愿者疫情防控工作方案、重大风险应急预案，第一时间部署和落实疫情防控工作安排。聚焦“双向零感染”，实施“点对点”管理，落实定期核酸检测和每日健康检测，保障志愿者和服务保障工作人员上岗期间的安全健康。

李健介绍，从8月17日至9月6日，志愿者累计上岗4440人次，志愿服务时长超过4万小时，“广大志愿者披星戴月、顶风冒雨，有的志愿者晒黑了，有的志愿者嗓子嘶哑了，有的志愿者衣服淋湿了，但是大家坚持上岗服务，用最美的微笑、最人性化的服务，再次擦亮北京志愿者‘金名片’。中央政治局委员、市委书记蔡奇同志称赞‘志愿者是服贸会一道靓丽的风景线’。”
