6月16日，“鸟虫篆”非遗文化传承慈善项目在河南省郑州市管城回族区鸟虫篆艺术馆启动，该项目由管城回族区民政局、区慈善总会、“鸟虫篆”艺术馆联合开展。

On June 16, "bird insect seal" intangible cultural heritage heritage charity project was launched in Guancheng Hui District bird insect seal art museum, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. 现场既有开笔典礼，又有非遗体验，展览了32种美轮美奂的鸟虫篆艺术作品。中共河南省委政策研究室杜焕来博士介绍了国家对鸟虫篆传承发展的重要批示，并谈到：“郑州管城建设了我国第一家‘鸟虫篆艺术馆’，这是中国文化中的管城历史、管城智慧、管城贡献，意义重大!”

There was both the opening ceremony and intangible cultural heritage experience, and 32 kinds of beautiful bird, insect and seal art works were exhibited. Dr. Du Huanlai of the Policy Research Office of the Henan provincial Party committee of the Communist Party of China introduced the important instructions of the state on the inheritance and development of bird insect seal, and said: "Zhengzhou has built China's first 'bird insect seal art museum', which is the history, wisdom and contribution of the city in Chinese culture."

管城回族区政府党组成员、商都新区管委会副主任郑向阳现场谈了两点心声：一是管城与“鸟虫篆”的渊源深厚，“鸟虫篆”发源地就在管城回族区，是非物质文化遗产，管城也建设了全国第一家“鸟虫篆”艺术博物馆。二是支持“鸟虫篆”文化事业与慈善事业同行，以培养“鸟虫篆”实用人才，来推动“鸟虫篆”在传承中得以良性发展，并拓宽辖区困难群众就业渠道，助力群众和城区双提升。

The birthplace of "bird insect seal" is in Guancheng Hui District, which is an intangible cultural heritage. Guancheng has also built the country's first "bird insect seal" Art Museum. Second, support the cultural cause of "bird, insect and seal" to go hand in hand with charity, so as to cultivate practical talents of "bird, insect and seal", promote the sound development of "bird, insect and seal" in the inheritance, broaden the employment channels for the poor people under the jurisdiction, and help the people and urban areas improve.

据管城回族区慈善总会副会长兼秘书长郑银玲介绍，管城回族区民政局、区慈善总会、区“鸟虫篆”艺术馆将通力合作，善始善终，全面推进“鸟虫篆”非遗文化传承培训工作，该项目是管城回族区慈善总会2021年度系列慈善项目之一。

当天，管城回族区人大原主任、区慈善总会名誉会长姚辉，区政协副主席、区慈善总会顾问陈兵，区民政局局长赵鹏、副局长荆继红，区民政局、区慈善总会、各办事处的工作人员，鸟虫篆传承团队和学员等100多人参加了启动仪式。

On the same day, more than 100 people attended the launching ceremony, including Yao Hui, former director of Guancheng Hui District People's Congress and honorary president of the district Charity Federation, Chen Bing, vice chairman of the district CPPCC and consultant of the district Charity Federation, Zhao Peng, director of the District Civil Affairs Bureau and Jing Jihong, deputy director of the District Civil Affairs Bureau, staff of the district Charity Federation and offices, bird, insect and seal inheritance team and students.

据了解，“鸟虫篆”被称鸟书或鸟虫书，传递着古代文明资讯。而今，“鸟虫篆”在郑州管城回族区承载文化价值、美学价值、经济价值，创新了慈善新亮点。

It is understood that "bird insect seal" is called bird book or bird insect book, which conveys the information of ancient civilization. Now, "bird insect seal" carries cultural value, aesthetic value and economic value in Guancheng Hui District of Zhengzhou, and has created a new bright spot of charity.
