为贯彻落实《国务院办公厅印发关于支持戏曲传承发展若干政策的通知》和《中宣部 文化部 教育部 财政部关于新形势下加强戏曲教育工作的意见》，文化和旅游部办公厅近日发布《关于通报表扬百名优秀戏曲专业专兼职教师的通知》（简称《通知》），决定通报表扬100名优秀戏曲专业专兼职教师。

《通知》指出，繁荣发展戏曲事业关键在人。本次通报表扬工作是新中国成立以来首次开展，涵盖老中青三代教师，他（她）们扎根教学一线，具有高尚的师德风范、精湛的专业技艺、优秀的教学能力和显著的人才培养成果，为戏曲专业人才培养作出了突出贡献，是广大艺术教育工作者的学习榜样。各省、自治区、直辖市文化和旅游厅（局），新疆生产建设兵团文化体育广电和旅游局以及各有关院校要大力宣传入选教师先进事迹，总结、推广入选教师课堂教学和实践教学的典型经验，协调相关部门加强对入选教师教育教学活动的组织保障和经费支持，加大对入选教师专业水平提升和待遇保障力度，推动队伍可持续发展。

They have noble teachers' morality, exquisite professional skills, excellent teaching ability and remarkable achievements in talent cultivation. They have made outstanding contributions to the cultivation of opera professionals and are examples for the majority of art educators. Departments (bureaus) of culture and tourism of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government, culture, sports, radio, television and tourism bureaus of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps, and relevant colleges and universities should vigorously publicize the advanced deeds of the selected teachers, summarize and promote the typical experience of classroom teaching and practical teaching of the selected teachers, coordinate with relevant departments, strengthen the organizational guarantee and financial support for the selected teachers' education and teaching activities, and increase the support for the selected teachers To promote the sustainable development of the team, the professional level of the selected teachers should be improved and the salary should be guaranteed.
