  让我们试着在脑海中勾画一幅美妙的画面,温暖的阳光下,一群娇丽的少女穿着比基尼在沙滩上摆弄着身姿。清风轻轻的吹过,撩起起她们迷人的长发。她们或相互的打闹,或肚子沉思…此刻,阳光、热情、宁静、时尚奢华,所有的精彩被她们一一展现,她们是所有镜头的焦点。人们驻足围观,尖叫声、呐喊喊声此起彼伏这样的美妙画面也许人们不曾见过,但是这一切即将变成现实。今天，世界文化艺术界联合会评选2019年全球最美平面摄影大赛开启,一场空前盛世的眼球大餐呈现在大众的眼前。众佳丽经过世界文联评委团认真评选,将展现出最精彩的一刻在此展现。

赛事规则：

该大赛秉承公平、公证、透明的选拨原则,以推动时尚摄影与相关经济发展,促进国际旅游时尚文化交流展现美丽与团队的凝聚力,时尚选美的有机结合,打造全新的奢华平台为宗旨。它必将把“热情、阳光、时尚、奢华”这些元素诠释的淋漓尽致。而作为本次平面摄影大赛的系列活动之一,“平面摄影”大赛也将成为众多摄影爱好者互动、交流、比拼的平台。

赛事目的：

1,、本次平面模特摄影大赛将为摄影爱好者提供一个发现美,拍摄美的平台,激激发人们对“平面模特”的无限遐想；

2、通过一张张极具创意的作品,充分展示出2019全球最美模特大赛所蕴涵的热情、阳光、奢华、时尚”等众多元素；

3、本次大赛不再仅仅只是一次模特选秀,而是一种艺术；

4、通过活动的社会造势,扩大大赛支持单位社会影响力;借此机会充分新时代时尚形象；

5、为2019全球最美平面摄影大赛留下“美”的画面。

评奖和展示：
由世界文联亚洲摄影协会评选委员评选、本届活动所有1将会在世界文联网站亚洲摄影l宣传平台展出。

Preface

Let's try to sketch a beautiful picture in our minds. In the warm sunshine, a group of beautiful girls in bikinis are playing on the beach. The breeze blew gently, lifting their charming long hair. They either fight with each other or meditate on each other's stomach. At this moment, sunshine, enthusiasm, tranquility, fashion and luxury, all the wonderful are shown by them one by one, they are the focus of all the lens. People stop and watch, screaming and shouting one after another. This wonderful picture may not have been seen before, but it is about to become a reality. Today, the World Federation of Cultural and Artistic Circles (WCA) has launched the 2019 World's Most Beautiful Graphic Photography Competition. An unprecedented eye feast is presented to the public. After careful selection by the WWEF Jury Group, all the beautiful women will present the most wonderful moment here.

Rules of the Games，

The competition upholds the principle of fair, notarized and transparent selection, with the aim of promoting fashion photography and related economic development, promoting international tourism fashion cultural exchanges, showing beauty and team cohesion, organic integration of fashion beauty selection, and creating a new luxury platform. It is bound to interpret the elements of "passion, sunshine, fashion and luxury" thoroughly and vividly. As one of the series of activities of the Graphic Photography Competition, the Graphic Photography Competition will also become a platform for many photographers to interact, communicate and compete.

The purpose of the competition is，

1. This graphic model photography contest will provide a platform for photographers to discover and shoot beauty, and stimulate people's endless reverie about "plane model".

2. Through a piece of creative works, it fully demonstrates the passion, sunshine, luxury, fashion and many other elements contained in the 2018 World's Most Beautiful Model Competition.
