金鹭，艺名鹭草，中共党员，黄梅戏演员。

He is the executive director of Yuexi County drama and Folk Artists Association, the member of Anhui opera fans Association, the member of Hefei opera fans Association, the red literature and art light cavalry in Yuexi County, and the executive director of Asian Dramatists Association of the World Federation of literary and art circles.
1966年10月1日出生于安徽安庆，一座素有“千年古城文化之邦”、“百年省会戏剧之乡”、“禅宗圣地”美誉的国家级历史文化名城。是“桐城派”的故里，京剧鼻祖徽班成长的摇篮，是黄梅戏形成和发展的地方，也是中国新文化运动先驱陈独秀、“两弹元勋”邓稼先、通俗小说大师张恨水等人的故乡。古皖文化、禅宗文化、戏剧文化和桐城派文化在这里交相辉映，形成了独具特色的安庆文化。
Born in Anqing, Anhui Province on October 1, 1966, it is a famous national historical and cultural city known as "a nation of ancient city culture for a thousand years", "a town of drama in the provincial capital for a hundred years" and "the holy land of Zen". It is the hometown of Tongcheng school, the cradle of huiban, the originator of Peking Opera, the place where Huangmei Opera came into being and developed. It is also the hometown of Chen Duxiu, the pioneer of China's new culture movement, Deng Jiaxian, the Yuanxun of the two bombs, and Zhang Henshui, the master of popular novels. Ancient Anhui culture, Zen culture, drama culture and Tongcheng school culture complement each other here, forming a unique anqing culture.
自小吃着鸡汤泡炒米，听着黄梅戏长大的金鹭深受家乡传统文化熏陶，对黄梅戏痴迷不已，最大的理想便是成为一名优秀的黄梅戏演员，像严凤英、马兰、韩再芬、小凤英一样，为黄梅戏文化艺术作贡献。
Jin Lu, who grew up eating chicken soup to stir fry rice and listening to Huangmei Opera, is deeply influenced by the traditional culture of her hometown and is obsessed with Huangmei Opera. Her greatest ideal is to become an excellent Huangmei Opera actor, like Yan Fengying, Ma Lan, Han zaifen and Xiao Fengying, contributing to the culture and art of Huangmei Opera.
2013年参加首届放歌岳西电视大赛荣获黄梅戏曲组亚军；

2014年应邀参加戏曲之乡“怀宁”--全国黄梅戏名家名票群英会并荣获最佳演唱奖；

2015年参加安徽省民生工程送戏下乡，全年完成了一百多场演出任务，同年还参加了县文联文艺志愿服务团，圆满完成了所承担的志愿服务工作；

2016年10月参加全国黄梅戏艺术节安庆市十一黄金周黄梅戏小戏展演，表演现代原创黄梅戏《小村舞事》；

2017年7月参加《坚强安庆》之祈福潜山和祈福宿松抗洪赈灾演出活动。

2018年5月代表岳西县戏剧曲艺家协会赴湖北省黄梅县参加第八届全国黄梅戏迷联谊会，参演节目《经典黄梅戏小戏串烧》荣获优秀团队展演奖；2018年1月代表岳西县戏剧曲艺家协会参加纪念改革开放四十周年暨全国首届黄梅戏票友赴香港演出载誉归来，参演节目《黄梅戏大联唱》荣获金奖。
In May 2018, he went to Huangmei County, Hubei Province to participate in the Eighth National Huangmei Opera fans' Association on behalf of Yuexi County drama and Folk Artists Association, and won the excellent team performance award for his performance of "classic Huangmei Opera Xiaoxi Lianshao"; in January 2018, he participated in the commemoration of the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up and the first national Huangmei Opera fans' performance in Hong Kong on behalf of Yuexi County drama and Folk Artists Association Mei Opera ensemble won the gold medal.
2019年9月参加了庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年—全国戏剧名家看安徽暨“深入生活、扎根人民”主题实践活动来到安庆市岳西县。与名家们同台，表演了《经典黄梅戏小戏串烧》；2019年12月代表岳西县戏剧曲艺家协会参加江苏盱眙首届全国黄梅戏戏迷联谊会演出活动，参演节目《乔装改扮上西楼》荣获优秀展演组织奖；近年来数次参加了省广播电视台黄梅戏票友新春演唱会。
In September 2019, he participated in the practice activity of celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of the people's Republic of China - national famous dramatists watching Anhui and the theme of "going deep into life and taking root in the people" and came to Yuexi County, Anqing city. In December 2019, he participated in the first national Huangmei Opera fans' Association performance in Xuyi, Jiangsu Province on behalf of Yuexi County drama and Folk Artists Association, and his performance "disguised to go to the West Tower" won the excellent performance organization award. In recent years, he has participated in several Huangmei Opera fans' new year concerts of provincial radio and television station.
2018/2019年度荣获岳西县戏剧曲艺家协会优秀文艺工作者奖和优秀红色文艺轻骑兵奖。

2020年11月9日，金鹭加入世界文化艺术界联合会，担任亚洲戏曲家协会理事。
