赵柯（Karina Zhao），中国内地影视女演员、国家艺术体操一级运动员、中国舞蹈家协会会员 。
Karina Zhao is a film and television actress from mainland China, a first-class athlete of national rhythmic gymnastics and a member of China Dancers Association.
1983年2月13日，改革开放进入第6个年头，神州大地已经发生了生机勃勃的景象，赵柯出生于河南省郑州市。即便改革春风吹满地，那也还是物质比较匮乏的时代，街头修鞋的大爷，清一色的飞鸽牌二八大杠自行车随处可见。

赵柯的父亲是一名医生，母亲是一名建筑工程师，她6岁起开始练习艺术体操。之后、她取得了国家一级艺术体操运动员称号。

1993年，赵柯还考入了解放军艺术学院舞蹈系，后因练舞时腰部扭伤而不得不放弃舞蹈。2001年，赵柯考入了北京电影学院表演系，毕业后进入二炮文工团工作，同时她也是中国舞蹈家协会的会员 。

2003年，还在北京电影学院就读的赵柯便与沈培艺、刑岷山、潘雨辰共同出演了舞蹈励志剧《跟着阳光跳舞》，从而也正式开启了个人的演艺生涯，同年，赵柯又与黄海波、姚芊羽、潘虹合作出演了现代谍战剧《谍战之特殊较量》；
