侯存富，曾用名侯存福，字墨缘。1958年1月26日出生于河南林州市。四个月后，党的八大二次会议召开，会上通过了第二个五年计划；全国各条战线迅速掀起了“大跃进”的高潮；会议还决定在农村普遍建立人民公社。虽然国民经济的实际状况不像浮夸风所说的那样美好，但人民的生活已有很大改观。
