北京：未来新生入学体检必查结核病

第23个世界防治结核病日，北京市卫生计生监督机构透露，未来结核病将被正式列入北京市新生入学体检的必查项目。

去年，全北京市报告肺结核患者7114例，仅次于痢疾居甲乙类传染病的第二位。“呼吸道传播方式大大增加了结核病的传染风险，而且人人都有可能被感染。”北京结核病控制研究所防控科主任高志东介绍，在人口密集场所，如果传染性肺结核患者长期滞留，存在结核病聚集性发病的风险。

根据最新印发的《学校结核病防控工作规范》，未来北京市将加大学校和托幼机构的结核病防控工作，其中包括针对学校的日常晨检、因病缺课登记、病因追踪和复课查验等工作进行专项检查，同时要将结核病检查项目作为学校新生入学体检和教职员工常规体检的必查内容。（记者 刘欢）

According to the latest issued by the school code for TB prevention and control work, the future Beijing will intensify schools and childcare institutions of tuberculosis prevention and control work, including daily morning check for school classes, absent because of illness registration, cause tracking and inspection work such as special inspection, check the TB project at the same time as the school freshmen of routine physical check-up and staff will check the content.
