中国人游欧洲的新变化:女性游客居多 家庭出游较多

 2018年“中国—欧盟旅游年”开幕式日前在意大利威尼斯举行。双方将在今年扩大旅游交流规模,丰富旅游合作内容,完善旅游合作机制,积极助推中欧伙伴关系建设。

  2017年欧洲旅游市场的发展势头较好,中国前往欧洲旅游的人次以及人均消费均有较高的增长。中国旅游研究院和携程网近日联合发布的《2017年中欧旅游市场数据报告》指出,自ADS协议签订以来,中欧旅游交流人数年均增长10%以上,更多的善意、更多的宽容、更多的耐心正在成为中欧旅游合作的主旋律。2017年,首站访问欧洲的中国公民已超过600万人,加上从其他地区到访欧洲的中国游客汇总起来超过1200万人次。旅游为中国和欧洲当地经济增长及社会就业做出显著的贡献。

  2017年最热门欧洲目的地国家有:法国、意大利、英国、西班牙、德国、俄罗斯、荷兰、瑞士、希腊及奥地利。这些传统热门目的地一直受到中国游客青睐,无论跟团游或是自由行,是大多数中国游客前往欧洲的首选目的地。

  2017年门票销量最多的欧洲景点有:圣家族大教堂、卢浮宫、巴特罗之家、伦敦眼、古埃尔公园、巴黎迪士尼乐园、米拉之家、梵蒂冈博物馆、凡尔赛宫和阿尔罕布拉宫。欧洲独有的古典艺术和博物馆珍藏及富有个性的特色建筑吸引了大量中国游客的目光。

  30岁—40岁人群是欧洲旅游的主力,该年龄段人群有较高的消费能力,以家庭为单位出游较多,对优质的旅游服务与舒适的体验需求较高。2017年赴欧洲旅游的女性游客居多,占总人次的54%,同比增加13.4%;男性游客人次增长缓慢,同比增加2.5%。

  2017年赴欧洲游客的主要客源地有:上海、北京、广州、深圳、杭州、武汉、成都、南京、重庆和郑州。北上广深四大城市依旧是欧洲旅游的主要客源地。这几个城市人口聚集,居民收入较高,旅游意愿及消费能力较强。而杭州、武汉等主要二线城市也是欧洲游的重要客源地。

  从选择酒店的星级分布上看,2017年通过携程网预订的欧洲酒店中,四星酒店占比最高,高达44%,较去年同比增长69%;而五星酒店涨幅最大,较去年同比增长72%。由此可见,中国赴欧洲旅游游客中,选择中高端酒店的游客比例增加,游客消费能力提高,更加注重旅游体验与舒适度。

  在对前往欧洲旅游的游客偏好分析中可以看出,中国游客更偏爱人文艺术类景点,对欧洲传统建筑以及博物馆等艺术展览偏好明显。由于出行成本较高,大多数游客前往欧洲频次较低,时间较长,旅游线路三国以上较多。游客对中高端旅游产品需求明显提高,旅游更注重舒适感以及个性化体验;自由行游客群体增长迅速,更多游客不满足于传统的旅游线路,追求自由休闲的旅游形式,乐于探索新鲜事物,而欧洲成熟的旅游市场也使自由行门槛降低,利于自由行的发展。

The most popular European destinations in 2017 were France, Italy, Britain, Spain, Germany, Russia, Holland, Switzerland, Greece and Austria. These traditional popular destinations have always been favored by Chinese tourists. Whether with group tours or free travel, most Chinese tourists go to Europe's preferred destination.

2017 tickets sold the most European attractions: Le Louvre Museum, the Cathedral of the holy family, Bartello house, The London Eye, gouel Park, Paris Disney Park, Mira house, the Vatican Museum, Palace of Versailles and the palace of Alhambra. The unique classical art and museum collection and characteristic architecture in Europe have attracted the attention of a large number of Chinese tourists.

People aged 30 to 40 are the main force of European tourism. People in this age group have higher consumption ability and travel more in families. They need higher quality tourism services and comfortable experience. In 2017, the number of female tourists to Europe was the majority, accounting for 54% of the total number of people, an increase of 13.4% over the same period, and the increase of the number of male visitors was slow, up 2.5% from the same period.

In 2017, the main tourist attractions in Europe were Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Chengdu, Nanjing, Chongqing and Zhengzhou. The four major cities on the north and the north are still the main tourist destination of European tourism. The population of these cities is gathered, the residents' income is high, and the tourism intention and consumption ability are strong. The main second line cities such as Hangzhou and Wuhan are also the important tourist attractions of the European tour.

In the analysis of tourists preferences for European tourism, we can see that Chinese tourists prefer arts and humanities attractions, and have an obvious preference for European traditional buildings and museums. Because of higher travel costs, most tourists travel to Europe for lower frequency, longer time, more than three kingdoms. Visitors to the high-end tourism products demand increased significantly, more comfortable and personalized travel experience; free tourist group is growing rapidly, more tourists travel routes not satisfied with the traditional leisure tourism form, the pursuit of freedom, willing to explore new things, while the European mature tourism market also makes free for lowering the threshold, conducive to the development of free line.
