中国互联网络信息中心(CNNIC)31日在京发布的第四十一次《中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》(以下简称为《报告》)显示,截至2017年12月,我国网民规模达7.72亿,普及率达到55.8%,超过全球平均水平4.1个百分点,超过亚洲平均水平9.1个百分点。其中,手机网民占97.5%。

《报告》显示,截至2017年12月,我国手机网民规模达7.53亿,网民中使用手机上网人群的占比由2016年的95.1%提升至97.5%。与此同时,使用电视上网的网民比例也提高3.2个百分点,达28.2%。台式电脑、笔记本电脑、平板电脑的使用率均出现下降,手机不断挤占其他个人上网设备的使用。以手机为中心的智能设备,成为“万物互联”的基础,车联网、智能家电促进“住行”体验升级,构筑个性化、智能化应用场景。移动互联网服务场景不断丰富、移动终端规模加速提升、移动数据量持续扩大,为移动互联网产业创造更多价值挖掘空间。

《报告》显示,我国网民规模在高位基础上,近年来继续保持平稳增长,得益于互联网模式不断创新、线上线下服务融合加速以及公共服务线上化步伐加快,成为网民规模增长推动力。比如,我国移动支付不断深入,用户使用习惯进一步巩固,网民在线下消费使用手机网上支付比例由2016年底的50.3%提升至65.5%,移动支付加速向农村地区网民渗透,农村地区网民线下消费使用移动支付的比例已由2016年底的31.7%提升至47.1%。此外,共享单车为2017年下半年用户规模增长最为显著的应用类型,国内用户规模已达2.21亿,并渗透到全球21个国家。

《报告》还监测了人工智能发展情况。随着《新一代人工智能发展规划》为我国人工智能发展提供了顶层战略依据,我国在人工智能领域取得重要进展:截至2017年6月,中国拥有人工智能企业592家,占全球总数的23.3%。2016年,中国人工智能相关专利申请数达30115项。

万物互联时代,安全隐私越加成为公众关注的话题。《报告》表示,2017年《中华人民共和国网络安全法》的正式实施,以及相关配套法规的陆续出台,为此后开展的网络安全工作提供了切实的法律保障。政府与企业共同打击各类网络安全问题,网民遭遇网络安全问题的比例明显下降。数据显示,高达47.4%的网民表示在过去半年中并未遇到过任何网络安全问题,较2016年提升17.9个百分点。(记者 喻思南)

According to the report, China's Internet users continue to maintain steady growth in recent years, thanks to the continuous innovation of the Internet mode, the acceleration of online and offline services integration, and the accelerated pace of public service online, which has become the driving force of the growth of Internet users. For example, China's mobile payment unceasingly thorough, the habits of users to further consolidate the online consumer use of mobile phone online payment ratio from 2016 to 50.3% by the end of 65.5% to accelerate Internet penetration to rural areas, mobile payment, mobile payment ratio has been used by the end of 2016 31.7% to 47.1% of Internet users in rural areas under the consumption line. The report also monitored the development of artificial intelligence. As of June 2017, China has 592 AI enterprises, accounting for 23.3% of the total global intelligence. In 2016, the number of patent applications related to artificial intelligence in China reached 30115.

In the interconnected age of all things, security and privacy have become more and more public concern. The report indicates that the formal implementation of the People's Republic of China network security law in 2017 and the introduction of relevant supporting laws and regulations have provided a practical legal guarantee for the development of network security. The government and enterprises jointly fight against all kinds of network security problems, and the proportion of Internet users to network security has declined significantly.
