  2017年12月12日,国航欧洲地区总部总经理田玉岐被授予法兰克福2017年度“外籍荣誉市民”称号,该荣誉旨在表彰在德做出突出贡献的各领域顶尖外籍人士。中国驻德国大使史明德在贺信中说,“国航作为中欧之间第一大航空承运人,为中德友谊和共同发展做出了卓越的贡献。”

  “国航长期以来坚持以促进中德经济繁荣、推动双边关系建设为己任。在‘一带一路’倡议下,更加清楚自己作为中国载旗航空公司和中德空中桥梁的作用。让世界认识中国,让中国走向世界。”田玉岐表示。

  在欧洲,国航从43年前一个小小的航点起步,到后来一个个海外营业部建立。如今,国航在欧洲设立的地区总部下辖17个营业部,同时设有呼叫中心、分控中心、财务中心等,业务范围涵盖客运、货运、财务、行政、航站、运行六大板块,航线网络辐射欧洲14个国家、17座城市。

  走向世界舞台,中国公司需要向国际同行借鉴先进管理经验和技术,也必须参与到国际竞争中。国航选择了加入星空联盟这个世界上第一个也是最大的航空联盟。“2007年初入联盟,国航只是一名跟随者,只能不断地熟悉联盟规则,在销售、服务、管理等各个方面努力达到联盟要求。2010年起,国航开始逐步成为联盟中的主要参与者。2014年,国航当选为联盟内战略组成员,在联盟规则标准制定方面获得更大的主导权和话语权。”国航董秘局投资者关系总经理卞红说。加入联盟10年来,国航品牌价值增幅超过6倍,居中国民航之首。

  “走出去”过程中,国航坚持传播中国文化,着力建设代表中国的航空运输民族品牌。北京—维也纳—巴塞罗那开航,国航设计了以“乘着歌声的翅膀”为主题的文化之旅;中法建交50周年之际,国航量身定做喷涂着“中法建交50周年”彩绘的宽体客机;在波音747-8和787-9新机型引进时,分别以“传承经典、续写传奇”和“筑梦成行”为主题举办活动,展现国航与中国共成长、与时代同行的历程,将企业发展与践行“中国梦”有机融合……

  “‘走出去’还要‘走进去’。企业文化的对接提升了海外团队的凝聚力,国家文化的自信推动着跨文化的融合。”中国航空集团公司总经理、党组副书记宋志勇认为,“‘走出去’,我们不仅代表着企业自身,更代表着中国。面对不同国家、地区个性化的文化背景,作为央企更应该坚持文化先行,坚定文化自信,践行合作共赢。国航的航线开通到哪里,我们就要把文化传播到哪里。我们要通过自身的努力,将企业打造成为具有国际竞争力的世界一流航空运输产业集团,用文化和实力赢得世界的尊重。”
