芬兰变性男子怀孕 希望获得母亲权益

据芬兰媒体７日报道，芬兰一名变性男子不久前怀孕，正在努力争取身为母亲的权益。

这名男子现年３０多岁，原是一名女性，后接受变性手术，现与男伴一起生活。两人一直想拥有自己的孩子。为此，变性男子中断了激素注射疗程，４个月前成功怀孕。

不过，芬兰法律体系不承认“男性产子”，规定接受育儿补助的对象必须是女性，而且必须怀孕１５４天以上才可以。

这对“准爸妈”接受媒体采访时说，由于芬兰男性和女性拥有不同类型的社会保障号，导致社保系统无法认可怀孕者是男性，从而无法获得相关权益。他们呼吁芬兰修改相关法律。

变性男子产子早有先例。２００８年６月，美国变性人托马斯·贝蒂代妻怀孕生产，引发广泛关注。２００９年６月，西班牙变性人鲁文·诺埃·科罗纳多·希门尼斯怀孕产下一对双胞胎。
