国家大剧院建院十年 奉献高雅艺术演出8700余场

中新社北京12月22日电 (记者 高凯)22日，从上午9时到下午4时30分，天安门广场一侧的国家大剧院持续欢腾了7个半小时，70余场文艺活动在这座标志性建筑的各个空间集中上演。

　　这一天，国家大剧院迎来了建院十周年纪念。

　　十年来，这座北京的新地标建筑中上演了8700余场高雅艺术演出，售票930余万张，举办艺术普及教育活动和演出10000余场，吸引观众近1900万人次。

　　世界一流的交响乐团、芭蕾舞团以及名家大师接踵而来，先后有800多家中外艺术院团登上大剧院的舞台。

　　不仅频频邀请名团名角，自诞生以来，国家大剧院便开始在冰冷建筑上生长属于自己的血肉。

　　2012年，京剧《赤壁》在欧洲三国掀起中国“京剧热”。2015年，意大利米兰世博会上迎来来自中国的原创舞剧《马可·波罗》。这一年，意大利国家电视台(RAI)全程录制中国国家大剧院原创歌剧《骆驼祥子》的意大利巡演，这是其第一次录制中国歌剧作品，对国外歌剧作品来说，是史无前例的最高礼遇。

　　马林斯基剧院、维也纳国家歌剧院、英国皇家歌剧院……一次次的合作中，国家大剧院成长飞速，“联合制作的最终目的在于本土化的落实，经过这么多年的联合制作，我们的制作水平已达世界一流。”国家大剧院剧目制作部部长韦兰芬说。

　　据统计，大剧院建院十年来共制作包括歌剧、话剧、舞剧、京剧在内的剧目76部。

　　尽一切可能打造精致舞台和演出的国家大剧院之所以很快成为世界顶级剧院的一员，其背后的力量当然不只来源于舞台。

　　“国家大剧院的歌剧演出中，除了外邀国外演员，每次必备一组中国演员，这是我们作为国家表演艺术中心的责任。因为我们制作的歌剧如果没有中国演员参演就等于巨大的资源浪费，中国青年歌剧演员也会失去历练与学习的机会。”大剧院院长陈平表示。

　　国家大剧院在建院之初就有明确的功能定位，陈平表示，“国家大剧院不是剧场，而是集演出经营、剧目制作、艺术普及教育、艺术交流和创意产品开发于一身的多元化、多功能的国家表演艺术中心。”

　　把剧目生产当作核心竞争力，制作体系的建立就尤为重要。2009年起，国家大剧院剧目制作组、合唱团、管弦乐团、歌剧演员队、剧目制作部、戏剧演员队相继成立。

　　如今，大剧院的17大系统、24个部门及其下设的124个科组中拥有的工作人员涉及118个专业，专业技术和管理人员中70%以上拥有外语等级认证，涉及英、法、德、意等多个语种，可以说是凝聚和培养了一大批中国剧院管理领域的优秀人才，这支年轻的团队使得大剧院成为此间表演艺术领域的人才高地。

　　十年来，大剧院打造了“歌剧节”、“中国交响乐之春”、“五月音乐节”、“漫步经典音乐会”等多个深受公众喜爱的品牌艺术节，近两年还策划推出了“中国当代著名导演作品邀请展”、“青年导演作品邀请展”等主题板块。

　　与此同时，大剧院在十年内共举办公益性演出5600余场，开展艺术普及教育活动近5000场，举办艺术展览341场，平均每年有180万人次走进大剧院接受艺术普及教育、感受艺术熏陶。

　　走过十年的国家大剧院如今不仅拥有自己的经典原创作品，更拥有自己的专业艺术团队，拥有自己培养出的高雅艺术观众群体。

　　十年间，国家大剧院已经从最初人们眼中长安街边单纯的一座外形独特的水中圆顶建筑，化作此间充满生气的高雅艺术的象征。
