瑞典王后现身支持女性维权反性骚扰

斯德哥尔摩11月21日电 （李玫忆） 19日晚，瑞典王后希尔维亚、王储维多利亚公主、瑞典文化大臣、瑞典气候大臣及220名瑞典知名女演员等众多社会名流手牵手出现在斯德哥尔摩南剧场，参加反性骚扰运动。参与者在互联网上的呼吁签名，要继续努力真正优化女性的工作环境。

此事件缘起于10月24日爆出的美国好莱坞金牌制片人韦恩斯坦性骚扰丑闻，该事件在西方世界掀起轩然大波。反对工作环境中男权残留和性骚扰思潮首先在娱乐圈引爆，迅速发展为全球性女权运动的新焦点。

11月8日，《瑞典日报》呼吁反对性骚扰，迅速得到全瑞典800多名女演员的签名支持。

几百年来，瑞典人认为所有人应该在社会生活各方面都享有同样的机会、权利和义务的。在积极建设性别平等社会的历程中一直是先驱国家：1845年，瑞典立法保证男女享有同等继承权；1921年，瑞典立法保证男女享有同等选举权；1974年，瑞典立法强制父母共享产假，开辟先河；瑞典政府设有专门的性别平等大臣职位负责性别平等建设；瑞典议会女性议员占比43.6%、是世界上女性议员占比最高的国际。瑞典政府女性大臣数量与男性大臣数量持平，各50%等等。自2006年世界经济论坛第一次发布世界性格平等指标报告以来，瑞典一直名列前茅，未跌出过前四。但是仍有一些不公平的存在，例如， 同等背景同等职位，瑞典女性平均工资只有其男性同事的87%；瑞典最大的1050家企业中，女性CEO不足10%；女性高管不足三分之一等等，这些一直是瑞典女性争取平等的目标。
