关文武，笔名雷神，出生于1946年，中国广东高州人。现任中国美术家协会会员、联合国和平书院院士、国家一级美术家、北京艺术品鉴定中心，首席评估顾问、中国名人画院副院长。被国家确定为:泰斗、宗师殊荣，政府津贴艺术家。在政府多方面的支持下到美国、日本、新加坡、马来西亚等国家及国内搞个人画展。1996年获得联合国原秘书长加利首肯及联合国秘书署来信确认关文武国画《柔神》是喻为世界和平佳作，(秘书长加利还亲笔签名赠送个人照给关文武一藏念)并称关文武为“天才艺术家”而引起轰动，被人民日报、时代人物、报告文学、中国教育、央视台、电台、广东电视台、卫视台、南方日报及海外电视台、杂志等百多家权威媒体报道。2018年9月中国古籍出版社出版《中国书法美术集》收录了，关文武、沈鹏、欧阳中石、关山月、傅抱石、徐悲鸿、齐白石、吴昌碩，八位近代著名书画大家关文武列首，全球发行。2020年8月—11月，中国艺术出版社综合出版了建党伟业100周年及和平解放西藏70周年（关文武为画册特定刋登封面形像人物），两本国礼珍藏册全球发行，并授予“关文武十大人民艺术家”及“中华民族十大国宝艺术大师殊荣”，(并颁发人民艺术家勋章及中华民族十大国宝大师匾牌):二画册封面封底刊登其国画力作《源远流长》关文武为两本画册珍藏册之首人物。经中国网络权威媒体综合汇总决定授予，关文武中国画家第一人。2021年关文武荣获“世界非物质文化终身成就奖”和“联合国非物质功勋”荣誉称号。2022年中国国宝文物出版社为国礼，向全球推荐六大名家，关文武、范曾、黄永玉、靳尚宜、沈鹏、欧阳中石，关文武列首。关文武书画作品先后在国内外邮册已有十多家发表，2022年世界邮册将其书法花鸟发行。2022年关文武被英国皇家艺术学院授聘为永久客坐教授及中国清华美术学院特聘关文武为长期客座教授。2022年：中国国家权威组织授予关文武中国十大最具收藏价值艺术家及世界巅峰艺术网，授予关文武世界十大影响力艺术家，中国当代十大文化学者网授予关文武中国文化学者奖，2022年世界教科文贡献奖，授予关文武世界十大艺术大师全球十大艺术影响力人物。国际、国家、民间等机构评定，关文武一直列榜首。

近十多年，美国、巴黎、香港、奥门等国内外邮政邮册向关文武征稿，已有十多册国家及国际邮政邮册作国礼品在全国及全球发。中国华夏出版社出版的2023年的官方挂历，向<世界发行的挂历>是汇聚国家的上层六大艺术名家的力作，向全球发行，关文武已十年，于首榜挂历殊人。

Guan Wenwu, pseudonym Lei Shen, was born in 1946 in Gaozhou, Guangdong, China. He is currently a member of the China Artists Association, an academician of the United Nations Academy of Peace, a national first-class artist, the Beijing Art Appraisal Center, the chief evaluation consultant, and the vice president of the China Celebrity Painting Academy. It has been recognized by the state as a leader, a great teacher, and an artist subsidized by the government. With the support of the government in many aspects, we have held individual art exhibitions in the United States, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and other countries and at home. In 1996, he was approved by the former Secretary-General of the United Nations Gary and confirmed in a letter from the United Nations Secretariat that Guan Wenwu's traditional painting "Soft God" is a masterpiece of world peace. (Secretary-General Gary also signed and presented a personal photo to Guan Wenwu.) He also called Guan Wenwu a "gifted artist" and caused a sensation. He was recognized by People's Daily, People of the Times, Reportage, China Education, CCTV, Radio, Guangdong TV, Satellite TV More than 100 authoritative media reports such as South Daily and overseas TV stations and magazines. In September 2018, China Ancient Books Publishing House published the Collection of Chinese Calligraphy and Fine Arts, which included Guan Wenwu, Shen Peng, Ouyang Zhongshi, Guan Shanyue, Fu Baoshi, Xu Beihong, Qi Baishi, Wu Changshuo, eight famous modern calligraphers and painters Guan Wenwu, and was released globally. From August to November 2020, China Art Publishing House comprehensively published the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the 70th anniversary of the peaceful liberation of Tibet (Guan Wenwu published the cover figure for the album), and the two national collections of gifts were distributed globally, and awarded "Guan Wenwu's Top Ten People's Artists" and "Top Ten National Treasure Artists of the Chinese Nation", (and awarded the People's Artist Medal and the plaque of the top ten national treasure masters of the Chinese nation): On the back cover of the second album, Guan Wenwu was the first person in the collection of the two albums. Guan Wenwu, the first Chinese painter, was awarded by the comprehensive summary of the authoritative Chinese online media. In 2021, Guan Wenwu won the honorary titles of "World Intangible Culture Lifelong Achievement Award" and "UN Intangible Meritorious Service". In 2022, China National Treasure and Cultural Relics Publishing House recommended six famous celebrities to the world, Guan Wenwu, Fan Zeng, Huang Yongyu, Jin Shangyi, Shen Peng, Ouyang Zhongshi, and Guan Wenwu ranked first. Guan Wenwu's calligraphy and painting works have been published in more than ten domestic and foreign albums. In 2022, the world album will release his calligraphy flowers and birds. In 2022, Guan Wenwu was appointed as a permanent guest professor by the Royal College of Fine Arts and a permanent guest professor by Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts in China. In 2022, China's national authoritative organization awarded Guan Wenwu the top ten most collectable artists in China and the world's top art network, the top ten influential artists in the world, the top ten cultural scholars in China's contemporary culture network awarded Guan Wenwu the Chinese Cultural Scholar Award, the 2022 World Education, Science and Culture Contribution Award, and the top ten art masters in the world and the top ten influential figures in the world. According to the evaluation of international, national and non-governmental organizations, Guan Wenwu has always ranked first.

In the past ten years, the United States, Paris, Hong Kong, Omen and other domestic and foreign postal albums have solicited contributions from Guan Wenwu, and more than ten national and international postal albums have been distributed nationwide and globally as national gifts. The official calendar for 2023 published by China Huaxia Publishing House and the calendar issued to the world are the masterpieces of the six top art masters of the country. Guan Wenwu has been on the list for ten years and has won the first place in the calendar.
