“古墨轻磨满几香，砚池新浴粲生光”，中国有着悠久的书画历史，在浩荡的历史长河中，出现过许多耀眼璀璨的书画名家。众所周知，书画艺术这一中国传统文化中的国粹精华，在历史漫漫长河之中经久不衰、历久弥新，随着岁月的打磨雕琢不断焕发出新的生机。中国书画为中国文化的独特表现艺术，被誉为“无言的诗、无形的舞、无声的乐”。书画艺术从被束之高阁到民间普及，从文人墨客悠然独享到凡爱艺术者皆能品之享之，可谓是得到了详尽饱和的发展。

王广泉，男，汉族，1948年生，大学文化，中共党员，1967年参加工作，现任中国人才研究会艺术家学部委员委员，中国硬笔书法家协会、安徽省硬笔书法家协会、无锡书法研究会会员，国际美术家联合会艺术市场委员会、中国国学学会、新华艺术网及20多家艺术团体常务理事、理事长，高级书画家、名誉院长、副主席、执行副主席、顾问、创作员、研究员、特邀书画师、建国文艺大师、中华人民共和国国礼艺术家、国家形象大使等。
