世界文联网讯（陈运发报道）2025年9月19日，平顶山市炎黄文化研究会第四届理事会第一次工作会议召开，平顶山市委宣传部原副部长、市炎黄文化研究会党支部书记、首席顾问左玉昆及会长芦长平、首席专家杨晓宇等出席会议，各县（市、区）负责人参会，张建平主持。

   【World Federation of Literary and Art Circles Network】(Reported by Chen Yunfa) On September 19, 2025, the first working meeting of the 4th Council of the Pingdingshan Yanhuang Culture Research Association was held. Zuo Yukun, former Deputy Minister of the Publicity Department of the CPC Pingdingshan Municipal Committee, Secretary of the Party Branch and Chief Chief Consultant of the Association, Lu Changping, President, Yang Xiaoyu, Chief Expert, and other officials attended the meeting. Heads of all counties (cities, districts) participated, and Zhang Jianping presided over the meeting.

    会议围绕炎黄文化研究传承研讨，与会者提建议。左玉昆称会议是“动员会”“推进会”，提六点意见：完善组织架构、整合资源、强化学术研究与产业转化、拓宽宣传渠道、加强队伍建设、坚持党建引领。

     The meeting focused on discussing the research and inheritance of Yanhuang culture, and participants put forward suggestions. Zuo Yukun described the meeting as a "mobilization meeting" and a "promotion meeting", and put forward six opinions: improving the organizational structure, integrating resources, strengthening academic research and industrial transformation, expanding publicity channels, enhancing team building, and adhering to Party building leadership.

     芦长平强调以“挖掘文化根脉、服务地方发展”为目标，聚焦“四个强化”。会议号召凝聚共识，为文化强市建设出力。

    Lu Changping emphasized the goal of "tapping into cultural roots and serving local development" and focused on the "four strengthenings". The meeting called for pooling consensus to contribute to the construction of a city strong in culture.
