杜春富 ，男，山东肥城市人，中共党员，副教授，当代著名书法家。曲阜师范大学中文系毕业。历任语文教师，汉语写作教研室主任；《德州卫生》报主编，健康教育副主任技师等职。现为中国文学艺术联合会委员，中国国学学会副主席，中国楹联学会书画艺术院系教授，中国五体书法研究会副会长，新华艺术网艺术委员会执行副主席，中国书画家联谊会新文艺羣体书画家工作委员会委员，中国民族建筑研究会书画艺术专业委员会会员，中央国家机关书法家协会会员。经中国文化艺术人才等级评估委员会专家审查认定，被评为国家特级书法师。

其自幼酷爱文学和书画，二十世纪五十年代师从书画大家张茂才、黑伯龙，并受到关友声、刘鲁生两位书画名家的指点。几十年来，笔耕不辍，遍临历代书法名家碑帖，深受中国传统优秀文化滋养。书画、诗词作品常在国家级各类专业报刊发表，并入国展，荣获各类奖项50余次，出版个人丛刊或入编书画典籍60余部,更有书法作品镌刻在中国瓷器或工艺品玉扣上，作为国礼，赠送给国内外友人和政要嘉宾。鉴于此，被中国艺术人物网授予“兰亭工艺美术”终身荣誉奖；被中国文联授予“德艺双馨艺术家”；被中国文学艺术研究会授予“国家文化传承创新贡献奖”；被中国美协、书协共同推荐为“大国文化形象大使”；被人民日报《当代中国艺术人物》节目特邀为艺术家代表；被国礼艺术家聘为特邀顾问并授予“国宝级艺术大师”荣誉称号；在2022年中华全国书画展中荣获金奖和“国学文化守艺人”光荣称号。其简历与事迹分别入编《中国国学专家人才库》、《中国国学研究员大典》、《中国美术70年》、《世界美术家大辭典—书法篆刻卷》、《中国新国粹网》及《世界艺术年鉴1922—2022》，同时荣获国际艺术家功勋荣誉称号。

Du Chunfu, male, born in Feicheng, Shandong Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China, an associate professor and a famous contemporary calligrapher. Graduated from the Chinese Department of Qufu Normal University. Formerly served as a Chinese language teacher and director of the Chinese Writing Teaching and Research Office; Editor in Chief of the Texas Health News, Deputy Director of Health Education, Technician, and other positions. Currently, he is a member of the China Literature and Art Federation, vice chairman of the Chinese Traditional Culture Association, professor of the Chinese Couplet Association Painting and Calligraphy Art Department, vice chairman of the Chinese Pentathlon Calligraphy Research Association, executive vice chairman of the Xinhua Art Network Art Committee, member of the New Art Group Painting and Calligraphy Working Committee of the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Association, member of the Painting and Calligraphy Art Professional Committee of the Chinese National Architecture Research Association, and member of the calligrapher Association, a central state organ. After being reviewed and recognized by experts from the China Cultural and Artistic Talent Level Evaluation Committee, he has been rated as a national special level calligrapher.

He had a passion for literature and painting since childhood. In the 1950s, he studied under the masters of calligraphy and painting, Zhang Maocai and Hei Bolong, and was guided by two famous calligraphers, Guan Yousheng and Liu Lusheng. For decades, I have been tireless in writing and have visited famous calligraphers' inscriptions throughout history, deeply nurtured by the excellent traditional Chinese culture. Calligraphy, painting, and poetry works are often published in various professional newspapers and magazines at the national level, incorporated into national exhibitions, and have won over 50 awards. They have published personal series or been included in more than 60 calligraphy and painting classics, and even have calligraphy works engraved on Chinese porcelain or handicraft jade buckles as national gifts, presented to friends and dignitaries at home and abroad. In view of this, he was awarded the "Lanting Arts and Crafts" Lifetime Honorary Award by China Art Figure Network; Awarded the title of "Artist with Both Virtue and Art" by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles; Awarded the "National Cultural Inheritance and Innovation Contribution Award" by the Chinese Literature and Art Research Association; Recommended jointly by the China Artists Association and the Calligraphy Association as the "Ambassador of Great Country Cultural Image"; Invited as an artist representative by the program "Contemporary Chinese Artists" by People's Daily; Appointed as a special consultant by a national ceremony artist and awarded the honorary title of "National Treasure level Art Master"; Won the gold medal and the honorable title of "Guardian of Traditional Chinese Culture" at the 2022 China National Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition. His resume and achievements were respectively included in the "Chinese National Studies Expert Talent Pool", "Chinese National Studies Researcher's Dictionary", "70 Years of Chinese Art", "World Artists Dictionary - Calligraphy and Seal Cutting Volume", "China New National Essence Network", and "World Art Yearbook 1922-2022". He was also awarded the honorary title of International Artist Merit.
