范华炳，男，1942年出生，四川宜宾人。联合国美术家协会名誉主席，中国国家书画院名誉院长，我国著名书法大师，尤为榜书见长，其四尺书法作品“竹石”、“云山远”被日本友人以19万人民币收藏。书法师承唐楷为根基兼容汉魏各体形成厚重、古朴、潇洒而富有诗画寓意的独特艺术风格被誉为范体。1993年创作“东方风来满眼春”57米书法长卷受到国家领导人好评。1995年“竹石”赠胡锦涛同志。1996年纪念红军长征六十周年为中央电视台播放的电视剧“长征岁月”题写片名。1997年“山”字被日本前首相村山富市收藏。“龙”字被日本前首相乔本龙太郎收藏。1999年创作江泽民同志在川重点考察国有企业73米书法长卷，后被五粮液集团收藏。2000年为纪念陈毅元帅诞辰百周年，创作陈毅诗词百米书法长卷中央电视台专题报道。2006年创作独步古今“百牛图”长卷。在第二届中国书画“兰亭杯”大赛中荣获德高望重的终身成就奖，并授予2011年度中国书画领袖人物荣誉称号。2012年3月，范华炳与沈鹏、范曾同获“国际最具影响力艺术大师”荣誉称号，共同成为“国际最具影响力艺术大师风范集”封面人物。2013年被评为“世界风云榜风云人物”“世界第一书法大师”等荣誉成就。

    Fan Huabing, male, born in Yibin, Sichuan in 1942. The honorary chairman of the United Nations Artists Association, the honorary president of the National Academy of Painting and Calligraphy of China, and the famous calligrapher of China are particularly outstanding in the list. His four-foot calligraphic works "Zhushi" and "Yunshanyuan" were collected by Japanese friends for 190000 yuan. Calligraphy is based on Tang Kai and compatible with various styles of Han and Wei dynasties, forming a unique artistic style that is thick, simple, natural and full of poetic and painting implications. In 1993, he created the 57-meter calligraphy scroll "Spring in the East", which was praised by the national leaders. In 1995, the "bamboo stone" was presented to Comrade Hu Jintao. In 1996, to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Long March of the Red Army, the title of the TV series "Years of the Long March" broadcast by CCTV was inscribed. In 1997, the word "mountain" was collected by Fuji Murayama, former Prime Minister of Japan. The word "dragon" was collected by the former Prime Minister of Japan, Ryotaro Komoto. In 1999, Comrade Jiang Zemin created a 73-meter calligraphy scroll for state-owned enterprises, which was collected by Wuliangye Group. In 2000, to commemorate the centenary of the birth of Marshal Chen Yi, he created a century-meter long volume of Chen Yi's poems and calligraphy for CCTV special report. In 2006, he created a long scroll of "Hundred Cattle Map". He won the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award in the second "Lanting Cup" competition of Chinese calligraphy and painting, and was awarded the honorary title of Chinese calligraphy and painting leader in 2011. In March 2012, Fan Huabing, Shen Peng and Fan Zeng won the honorary title of "International Most Influential Artist", and jointly became the cover figure of "International Most Influential Artist Style Collection". In 2013, he was awarded the title of "the most influential person in the world", "the world's first calligrapher" and other honorary achievements.
