孙晓云，女，汉族，中共党员，1955年8月出生于江苏南京，享受国务院特殊津贴。一级美术师。中央美术学院和苏州大学博士生导师 。

现任中国书法家协会第八届主席、江苏省文联副主席、省书协主席  。

书法作品曾七次获全国书法大奖。由华艺出版社、台湾未来书城出版社（繁体字版）、知识出版社、江苏凤凰出版传媒集团、日本中央公论美术出版社（日文版）先后出版理论专著《书法有法》，十五年畅销不衰，先后二十次再版，创全国书法理论书籍销售量最高纪录。并作为唯一书法理论书籍进入国家“农家书屋工程”。先后获“韬奋图书奖”、“江苏省政府优秀图书提名奖”。

Born in August 1955 in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, he began to teach calligraphy and painting from his family at the age of three. He had been in the countryside for five years and served in the army for eight years.

He was the vice chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers Association.

He is currently the eighth chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, the vice chairman of the Jiangsu Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and the chairman of the Provincial Calligraphers Association.

In January 2021, he was elected the eighth president of the Chinese Calligraphers Association.

It has successively won the "National Advanced Worker" (National Model Worker) of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the "National Outstanding Professional and Technical Talents" of the Central Organization Department, the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Ministry of Personnel, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the "Lanting Award Art Award", the "National Artist with Good Arts and Virtues", the "Advanced Worker of the National Cultural System", the first batch of "four batches" talents of the national propaganda and cultural system, and the "Zijin Culture Medal" of Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government "Young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions in Jiangsu Province" and other awards and honorary titles.

His calligraphy works have won seven national calligraphy awards. Huayi Publishing House, Taiwan Future Book City Publishing House (traditional Chinese version), Knowledge Publishing House, Jiangsu Phoenix Publishing Media Group, and Japan Central Public Art Publishing House (Japanese version) have successively published the theoretical monograph "Calligraphy with Law", which has sold well for 15 years and has been reprinted for 20 times, setting the highest sales record of calligraphy theory books in the country. As the only calligraphy theory book, it entered the national "Farmhouse Project". He has successively won the "Taofen Book Award" and "Jiangsu Provincial Government Excellent Book Nomination Award".
