    张宗彪：1941年生于陕西永寿。毕业于西北大学，供职于咸阳师范学院（退休）。书法教授、国家一级书法家、外交部授权的《中华人民共和国国宾礼艺术家》、文化和旅游部颁发的《国家一级艺术大师》并授予《2020年艺术巅峰人物》中国文化和旅游部“反对浪费，崇尚节约”光盘行动中荣任宣传大使。

中共中央党史研完室授予《建党百年  功勋艺术家》荣誉称号、中国管理科学研究院颁发《高级书法指导师》专业人才职业技能证书等。

张宗彪自幼喜爱书法，坚持数十年临池不辍。楷、行、草、隶、篆五体皆能，尤以行草见长。鎔古铸今，自成一体。其书法作品大气磅磗、气势恢宏、刚柔相济，颜筋柳骨、铁划银钩，风格独特。其行草书富有浓厚的篆、隶、魏的笔意和风骨，被称其为“魏草“。其成名代表作品“厚德载物、无欲则刚、北国风光……等30幅获《中华人民共和国国家版权局著作权登记证书》。

出版有：《中国近现代名家书法集一一张宗彪》即中国第一部书法卷《大红袍》。张宗彪书法大红袍己被批准为中国非物质文化遗产岀版物。张宗彪被授予非遗出版物书法传承人。

同时张宗彪被特邀分别同欧阳中石、沈鹏、李铎、张海、苏土澍、权希军、范曾、刘大为、吴冠中等名家岀版了二人集达16部。并分别受到他们的高度评价并印在二人集中。

同時又被特邀出版有《百年巨匠》五人集、《中国当代书画名家》六人集、《絲绸之路三人行》、《艺术巅峰之路》三人集等140多部书画‘专集中。其中有58部特邀张宗彪题写书名和作封面人物。

‘张宗彪不仅是一位著名书法家，又是一位书画社会活动家。由他亲策划组织在咸阳举办了六届《西部情》全国书画名家邀请展览交流研讨采风活动。他本人自2004年4月22日第一次晋京在《中华世纪坛》举办个人书法展直到2019年国庆七十周年前，先后8次在北京《国家画院国展中心》等展览館举办了个人书法展和主题书法展。

张宗彪又是一位笔墨当随时代为时代而挥毫，为党的重大活动而挥毫！同时又积极参加社会公益活动。如抗洪救灾、汶川地震、玉树地震、为贫困地区老党员筹集经费的而书法拍卖损赠，为贫困大学生的书法拍卖捐赠及抗疫拍卖捐赠等社会公益活动。

    Zhang Zongbiao: born in Yongshou, Shaanxi in 1941. Graduated from Northwest University and worked in Xianyang Normal University (retired).
