11月25日至26日，第三届中国—中东欧国家艺术合作论坛以线上形式举办。文化和旅游部部长胡和平、塞尔维亚副总理兼文化和信息部部长玛娅·戈伊科维奇在开幕式上发表视频致辞，来自中国、匈牙利、塞尔维亚、克罗地亚、希腊等17个国家的专家和艺术家出席论坛。

胡和平表示，在中国—中东欧国家合作框架下，中国同中东欧国家文化和旅游交流合作进展明显、成果丰硕，特别是倾力打造中国—中东欧国家艺术合作论坛，畅通艺术交流合作渠道、展示艺术研究最新成果、分享艺术实践宝贵经验，为促进彼此文艺繁荣提供了强劲助力，为推动彼此深化合作提供了文化滋养。中国文化和旅游部愿同中东欧国家一道，坚持共商共建、务实均衡、开放包容、创新进取，推动中国—中东欧国家文化和旅游交流合作走得更稳、更实、更远，为深化其他领域交流合作奠定深厚民意基础，为促进人类文明进步、构建人类命运共同体作出新的更大贡献。

戈伊科维奇表示，在当前新冠肺炎疫情背景下，各国更加意识到相互支持与合作的重要性。塞尔维亚将继续积极参与中国—中东欧国家合作机制下的交流，支持进一步完善文化和艺术领域的合作形式。

Gore I Covic said that under novel coronavirus pneumonia background, countries are more aware of the importance of mutual support and cooperation. Serbia will continue to actively participate in exchanges under the China CEE cooperation mechanism and support the further improvement of cooperation forms in the field of culture and art.

本届论坛以“我们身处未来之中”为主题，共设“视觉艺术”“电影艺术”“动画”“电子游戏艺术”4个板块。论坛期间，来自中央美术学院、苏州欧瑞动漫有限公司、黑山大学、塞尔维亚电影中心等中外单位的相关领域专家、学者及业内人士围绕“数字化背景下的艺术环境再设计”“数字技术与电影艺术”“动画与数字传播策略”“电子游戏设计与制作”等当代艺术前沿话题展开研讨，共谋促进中国—中东欧国家艺术合作长远稳定发展的新举措。
