2020年11月23日，由故宫博物院、中国文物保护技术协会、中国紫禁城学会、北京故宫文物保护基金会联合主办的2020年“第一届文化遗产保护青年学者论坛”在故宫博物院召开。文化和旅游部党组成员、故宫博物院院长王旭东，国家文物局党组成员、副局长关强，中国文物保护技术协会理事长王时伟，出席活动并致辞，故宫博物院副院长、中国紫禁城学会副会长赵国英主持开幕式。北京市文物局党组成员、副局长凌明，故宫博物院常务副院长、北京故宫文物保护基金会秘书长娄玮，故宫博物院副院长闫宏斌出席了论坛开幕式。来自全国多家高校、文博单位、科研机构等50人参加了论坛。

Ling Ming, member of the Party group and deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of cultural relics, Lou Wei, executive vice president of the Palace Museum and Secretary General of the Beijing Palace Museum Foundation for cultural relics protection, and Yan Hongbin, vice president of the Palace Museum, attended the opening ceremony of the forum. More than 50 people from universities, cultural institutions and scientific research institutions participated in the forum.

王旭东院长表示，在党和国家高度重视以及几代文物工作者辛勤付出下，文化遗产保护事业取得了长足的进步。老一辈文物保护专家言传身教提携后学，是我们值得学习的榜样。故宫博物院将在文化和旅游部的领导和国家文物局大力支持下，继续与中国文物保护技术协会、中国紫禁城学会等社会组织一道，搭建学术交流平台，关心、鼓励青年文物保护工作者勇于创新、开拓进取，推动文化遗产保护领域不断发展，同时希望未来能有更多的青年学者积极参与青年学者论坛，投身中国文化遗产保护事业。

关强副局长表示，青年时期是最富创造力的时期，青年人思维活跃、精力充沛的、勇于探索，在文化遗产保护的广阔天地里大有可为。他肯定了“文化遗产保护青年学者论坛”的创立对于青年学者及文化遗产保护行业的重要意义并希望青年学者坚持“四个面向”，加强学术训练，恪守学术道德，坚持理论与实际相结合，做脚踏实地的科研创新人才。

为促进文化遗产保护领域内的青年学者加强学术交流、激发学术创新，故宫博物院、中国文物保护技术协会、中国紫禁城学会、北京故宫文物保护基金会共同发起文化遗产保护青年学者论坛，面向40岁以下的青年人才，以“创新驱动下的文化遗产保护技术与实践”为主题，汇聚全国优秀青年学者，搭建学术交流平台，共同探讨最新研究成果、学术动态及发展趋势，旨在鼓励他们在创造力黄金期勇于探索、不断创新，早日成长为文化遗产保护领域高水平研究创新团队的重要后备力量和未来领军人才。

In order to promote young scholars in the field of cultural heritage protection to strengthen academic exchanges and stimulate academic innovation, the National Palace Museum, China Association of cultural relics protection technology, China forbidden city society and Beijing Palace Museum Heritage Protection Foundation jointly launched a forum for young scholars on cultural heritage protection, which is aimed at young talents under 40 years old, aiming at "technology and practice of cultural heritage protection driven by innovation" The theme is to gather outstanding young scholars from all over the country to build an academic exchange platform to discuss the latest research results, academic trends and development trends, aiming to encourage them to explore and innovate in the golden age of creativity, and to become an important reserve force and future leader of high-level research and innovation teams in the field of cultural heritage protection.

本次活动共收到论文143篇，由专家评审组采用盲审形式，评选出12篇优秀文章，邀请作者在论坛发表研究成果，内容涵盖文物保护材料、文物病害机理、预防性文物保护、文物分析检测等多个研究方向。论坛邀请我国文化遗产保护重要开创者和实践者、为文化遗产保护事业作出突出贡献的黄克忠、陆寿麟、朱光亚等11位专家，在论坛现场作出了专业点评和指导，在研究思路、技术细节等多个方面对青年学者的研究提供了有益的帮助。报告结束后，由现场11位点评专家和10位特邀投票嘉宾共同投票，评选出一等奖2名、二等奖4名、三等奖6名。

A total of 143 papers were received in this activity, and 12 excellent articles were selected by the expert review group in the form of blind review, and the authors were invited to publish research results in the forum, covering cultural relics protection materials, disease mechanism of cultural relics, preventive cultural relics protection, cultural relics analysis and detection, etc. 11 experts, including Huang Kezhong, Lu Shoulin and Zhu Guangya, who have made outstanding contributions to the cause of cultural heritage protection, were invited to give professional comments and guidance on the forum, providing useful help to young scholars in research ideas and technical details. After the on-the-spot evaluation, 2 and 2 experts will vote for the first prize and the second prize.
