10月20日，第五届中俄蒙三国旅游部长会议以视频会议形式召开。中国文化和旅游部副部长张旭、俄罗斯联邦旅游署署长多古佐娃、蒙古国自然环境与旅游部部长萨仁格日勒出席会议。三方分享了旅游领域合作成果，就携手应对疫情影响、打造“万里茶道”国际旅游品牌、推动疫后中俄蒙三国旅游合作发展等内容深入交换了意见。

On October 20, the fifth meeting of tourism ministers of China, Russia and Mongolia was held in the form of video conference. Zhang Xu, Vice Minister of China's Ministry of culture and tourism, doguzova, director general of the Russian Federation Tourism Administration, and sarengerer, Minister of natural environment and tourism of Mongolia, attended the meeting. The three sides shared the achievements of cooperation in the field of tourism, and exchanged in-depth views on jointly coping with the impact of the epidemic, creating an international tourism brand of "Wanli tea ceremony", and promoting the development of tourism cooperation among China, Russia and Mongolia after the epidemic.

张旭表示，中俄蒙三国互为重要客源国和旅游目的地，三方旅游合作正进入提质升级、深度合作的新时期。中方愿与俄方、蒙方凝聚合力，秉承平等互利、包容互鉴、合作共赢的精神携手同行，推动疫后中俄蒙三国旅游合作的高质量发展。他建议，三方进一步加强信息沟通和政策协调，挖掘合作新契机，提升“万里茶道”国际旅游品牌的知名度和美誉度，推动“旅游+”新业态的多元创新，不断推进旅游便利化，提高旅游品质。

Zhang Xu said that China, Russia and Mongolia are important tourist source countries and tourist destinations for each other, and the tripartite tourism cooperation is entering a new period of quality improvement and in-depth cooperation. China is willing to join hands with Russia and Mongolia, adhere to the spirit of equality and mutual benefit, inclusiveness and mutual learning, and win-win cooperation, so as to promote the high-quality development of tourism cooperation among China, Russia and Mongolia after the epidemic. He suggested that the three parties should further strengthen information communication and policy coordination, tap new opportunities for cooperation, enhance the popularity and reputation of the "Wanli tea ceremony" international tourism brand, promote the diversified innovation of "tourism +" new formats, and constantly promote tourism facilitation and improve tourism quality.

多古佐娃和萨仁格日勒赞同中方关于深化旅游合作的建议并表示，中俄蒙三国是旅游领域的重要合作伙伴，旅游合作潜力巨大。愿相互提供支持应对疫情影响，进一步打造“万里茶道”跨境旅游线路，推动中俄蒙三国旅游交流向更高层次迈进，让三国人民共享旅游合作成果。会后，三方共同签署了会议纪要。

Doguzova and sarenggeril agreed with China's proposal on deepening tourism cooperation and said that China, Russia and Mongolia are important partners in the field of tourism and have great potential for tourism cooperation. We are willing to provide mutual support to cope with the impact of the epidemic, further build the "Wanli tea ceremony" cross-border tourism routes, promote tourism exchanges between China, Russia and Mongolia to a higher level, and let the people of the three countries share the fruits of tourism cooperation.
