宋祖英（1966年8月13日—），出生于湖南，中国女高音歌唱家，国家一级演员，享受国务院“政府特殊津贴”。先后毕业于中央民族大学舞蹈系和中国音乐学院民族声乐专业，在职研究生学历，民族声乐博士学位。
