严观，生于1962.2.24日，深圳人，籍贯湖南省，现居沈阳。世界文化艺术界联合会、联合国健艺美文化产业总会副秘书长。

中国诗歌学会会员，广东省作家协会会员，出版《本能》（《花城出版社》）、《严观诗选》（《作家出版社》）两部诗集；间或有诗作在《诗刊》、《辽宁日报》、《吉林日报》、《作品》、《作家》、广东电视台（音画诗歌）、美国《侨报》等多种媒体发表。
He is a member of China Poetry Society and Guangdong Writers Association, and publishes instinct (Huacheng Publishing House) and Yan Guan Poetry Anthology (Writers Publishing House). Occasionally, poems are published in poetry journal, Liaoning Daily, Jilin daily, works, writers, Guangdong TV station (music and painting Poetry), American overseas Chinese newspaper and other media.
2004年曾获《长江文艺》年度大奖。中国诗歌网推荐诗人。
