1989年7月21日出生于河北省沧州市，沧州市因濒临渤海而得名，市中心北距天津市120千米、北京市240千米，西南距省会石家庄220千米。

米露出生在一个书香门第，从小就阅读了大量古典名著。孩提时，米露一直坚持练习舞蹈锻炼身体，同时习奏钢琴。
